we were there for a short overnight. came in late & left early so weren’t able to use facilities but from what we did experience, the room was very open w lots of room, very clean & bathroom was nice & modern.

I booked it online and prepaid for the room but when We arrived they didn’t have receipt of that payment so I was charged twice. I don’t know if it was booking.com or the hotel’s issue but it out me at an i convenience having to front that money. the fromt desk gentlman wasn’t much of a help altho I’m not sure he cld have helped much. I tried showing him my paid receipt online from booking but he said it wasn’t showing up & didn’t seem to care. It was also late (around midnight) so not sure if he was a manager or not.

I like our room itself, very bright and spacious. I loved the ease of the keyless check in and everything was very comfortable.

I didn’t like the awfully dirty rug as you walk from the elevator down the hallway. It looks like there’s been an oil spill mixed with dirt and ashes! So strange to see that and the very dark hallway only to enter such a lovely room, had us pleasantly surprised. Upstairs there were some very loud people with what I’m guessing were children jumping around that kept us up. I think hotels should put loins people on the bottom floors lol

It’s near restaurants and fast food chains.

The pet fee is $75 dollars regardless if you stay a night or 3days.. it’s quite too much. I tried reasoning with the manager because I saw from the response from the facility that it’s only $25 dollars but the manager said that it was 2022 response.. and now it’s a news fee increase $75. She can’t do anything about it.. And my dog is an emotional support dog.. quite disappointing..

Room was clean and spacious. It had a small table, a desk and couch. Bed was pretty comfy. Kitchenette had a large refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary Breakfast was circular fried eggs, breads, packets of oat, and fruit.

Coworker’s car got broken into overnight in the Home2 suites parking lot. That was very unsettling. He reported it to the local police and they were giving him a hard time saying why was it just his car? They just didn’t want to investigate it because they were too busy and footage takes so long to review. They ended up saying he was making it up that his stuff was stolen. I was really floored by this. It made me think that they were just lazy and didn’t want to put in the investigative work. This made the trip pretty much a nightmare. I felt really bad for him.

Location was in a good area where there was easy access to food and stores. Overall the room was clean and well kept and big enough.

The only thing I didn't like very much was when we were checking in, the receptionist didn’t really let us know information about the hotel. For example, breakfast time, amenities, etc…. Regardless it was a great stay!

Breakfast was great! Pool was very clean . Hotel was close to many restaurants , 2 are in walking distance from the front door. Staff was very pleasant, Extra towels and pillows were also a plus. Very clean rooms and facility.

The pool area was extremally warm. Bathroom off the pool was gross 2 days in a row.

Breakfast was excellent, Staff was very personable. Building seemed to be in good condition, clean and kept up.

Bed was much less firm than I would have liked, and pillows were all a bit too "stuffed". The shower head pointed to the shower curtain, making it hard to get under the flow.......couldn't be adjusted.

they did not have a hot tub. never seen a hotel with an indoor pool , but no hot tub . I would have given the place a 10 if it wasn’t for that . our beds could have been a little firmer . other then that my family loved it , and we would definitely come back

Since I call to verify my stay phone lady was very kind and answered all my questions. I stay because got classes on the weekend and will finish late. So I decided to make the reservation. Everything was more than I expected. Perfect location nice parking, beautiful lobby, bathrooms at lobby and pool was amazing for the kids,they got a list so is regulated; and with all that’s going on was a great idea because is not crawled at all. The room was amazing, more than I could imagine, was nicely clean, super spacious, bathroom was beautiful-clean and bright. 2 queen beds, desk, sofa, a kitchen... It was so nice. I really got relax after class knowing I was at an nice good place. Thanks to Randy at check in and night guy that was super nice with me and the kids. Recommend for any kind of stop or stay you want. Thanks

Loved the options for breakfast and the dog treats at the front desk. Second time staying at a Home2 and it’s a beautiful hotel

The staff was very unfriendly especially the blonde with glasses at the front desk with the pink in her hair. She was very condescending and not welcoming at all
