All the front desk staff were cheerful, helpful and professional. In spite of a huge snowstorm, the breakfast crew was there when I came down at 7 am. They gave me an accurate assessment that I would be able to get to my local destination in spite of the storm. The breakfast was tasty and had what I needed. The room was newly rennovated, clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great. Walmart right across the street, Japanese restaurant on the premises, close to Panera's Healthy Living and the Wilton Mall.

The snow plowing of the parking lot seemed haphazard and not very effective. They seemed to go in circles and I had to ask them to plow out some parking spaces so I could dig out my car and park it in a plowed spot. Even though there were just 2 or three hotel guests, no help was offered to dig out my car.

I liked that it was clean and very comfortable. I liked the breakfast, and coffee was delicious. I liked the convenience of being close to everything. Staff was courteous and helpful. I liked that it had a gym, but I didn't get to use it. I liked that it had a pool, but it was under renovation. The only disappointment I had, was that I could have gotten my room cheaper for my 1 night with a different app . But, was very satisfied, thank you.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Nice little pool, very nice staff, decent breakfast (not cooked but they had breakfast sandwiches to microwave, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, hot & cold cereal, toast, coffee/tea & juice, and did not run out of anything), very good water pressure, plenty of hot water, A/C worked great in a heat wave, plenty of space, mini fridge, decent wifi; a few minutes from downtown & race track (and the hotel operates a shuttle on race days). There is currently no housekeeping unless you stay 3 nights (which was fine for us).

Bathtub not super clean (older & water draining a bit slow).

Rooms were recently remodeled. New design was very appealing and functional. HVAC was excellent, easy to control, responsive and quiet. Mattresses were comfortable. Bathroom was bright and clean.

Need towel bars in the bathroom. There were none.

The facility was exceptionally clean except the vent in the bathroom above the shower was very dirty. The shower was above expectations. I don't think I have stayed at any location with a shower that worked as well as this one did. The beds were comfortable, slept extremely well. Tv channels could have been a bit more to chose from. We would definitely stay at your location again if in the same area.

TV channels could be more.

Close to track location for reasonable price at high tourist season. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Especially Michael P. He was always working . He always took time to greet us and have a quick chat. Rooms very clean but dated- pillows were more comfortable than mine at home.

Limited breakfast but what was available was fresh and good selection. Room cleaning limited to 3rd night stay.

Affordable,location

Odd smell in lobby, wifi is weak and bumps you off a lot. Cell service is low 1bar in the room,phone buffers constantly. Breakfast is very small and basic but it’s nice that it’s offered.

Clean and comfortable.

Not much direction from front desk upon check in. Had to find room on own. Didn’t know checkout times or breakfast time. Very nice front desk clerk just not informative like I am used to

I have to say the young lady at the front desk Lisa What’s Dion pleasant and extremely helpful. I had a huge problem with booking.com and if it wasn’t for Lisa I probably still would be having a problem. Lisa went above and beyond to help me.As far as the room it was clean and the bed was very Comfortable.

As far as what I did not like about the hotel. Back to the rooms I felt the room was clean the bed was comfortable but there was definitely like a smoky, mildew, some kind of smell in the room.Win you put the air on it wasn’t as strong . Maybe the carpets need to be changed

Breakfast was good and the wait staff was pleasant.

The room was clean and comfortable. the bathroom could use a towel bar and security bar for shower along with bodywash.
