Everything! I always love staying at Hampton Inn properties. This location did not disappoint. We walked in and the housekeeper was wiping down walls. I was so impressed by this, and assured the room would be as clean. And it was! The beds we’re comfortable and linens smelled of fresh laundry. Love the Neutrogena products in the bathroom as well. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

This is my second time staying at the Hampton inn Watertown;I liked it from the first time I stayed . The hotel have great staff ;Emily was so pleasant at check in & her beautiful smile and great customer service made me feel so welcome. The facility is very clean and my bed was supper comfortable. Also when I was checking out Liz was great ; she made sure I had a awesome stay & her customer service was excellent. I will choose this hotel always every time I visit Watertown!

The room and staff were great!!

There was a musty smell when you walk in. The janitorial staff were trying to make it smell better, but the hallways were quit awful smelling, like a third rate hotel a smells. The room did not smell at all, so that was very good. The staff were really nice and helpful. Over all, really nice stay. I always stay at Hampton Inns when I travel, first time I was in one that smelled bad. Photos I took in the morning so the beds are unmade.

Everything was wonderful! The bed was so comfortable and the room was larger then others we have been in. The breakfast was very good too. Cara at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. I left my jacket in the closet of our room and didn't realize until the afternoon after we left. I called and she right away found it for us and we were able to pick it up before we left town.

The 2 women at Reception were very friendly and helpful. The maintenance man is the elevator guy as also very friendly. When we came down for breakfast we were greeted by the man working there. (That made for a good morning!) When we checked out, the receptionist had gone to the bathroom, so the breakfast guy took care of us. Teamwork! The parking lot was very well lit. The halls were very quiet- no doors slamming! 👏👏👏

The room was a nice size with a chair and desk. There was a decent breakfast with hot and cold food. We enjoyed the pool later in the evening and liked using the small gym each morning.

The room was too hot for us to sleep at night and the bed was hard, which we don't prefer. It would have been nice if the refrigerator had a freezer for our ice packs. The pool area was extremely hot and stuffy in the earlier part of the day, which made it hard to breathe.

Breakfast was good. Not fabulous as apparently it used to be before Covid, but adequate. Had an issue in our bathroom which was very satisfactorily resolved by the manager. Parking was generally quite easy and the hotel was centrally located. Comfortable beds and nice size room. No issue with the thermostat. Would likely return if the price was right and would recommend.

-Would like to see the availability of milk for coffee during the day instead of coffee mate. -Found bathtub area to be a little dated.

Well we loved almost everything about the hotel. Downfall is need better pillows to match comfort of bed. Breakfast not the greatest but ok. Staff was wonderful and hotel was excellent. Price was a lettle higher then I paid before for same exact hotel location I stayed in a few years back . Thank you

Pillows were awful. Way too soft. Bed was great so was the room other then not enough tp in rest room. But it was a great stay.

I did not like the smell of the room. it smelled musty even with the fan on. every time you walked into the room it had that dank smell. first time we experienced this here. also I smelled foot odor on part of the carpet near the bed. not mine.

Nice updated room! Entire hotel in very nice condition. Great front desk staff. Pool was nice. Breakfest was great!

The pool room seemed to bounce all the voices off the wall so with small kids playing and yelling, i got a headache but its ok.
