Great location just off Interstate exit, nicely updated room with fridge, microwave and very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom-liked the adjustable shower head and LOVED the heat lamp(can’t find these in hotel bathrooms anymore!). Desk clerk on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was good and breakfast looked great but I unfortunately didn’t have time to eat..not the hotel’s fault, I got up too late. The room was a great value for the price.

Minor complaints: I had a little trouble manipulating the shower handle and the tv was a bit small and I couldn’t find a program guide function.

The king suite was great - very clean, strong hot shower, and did include a refrigerator and microwave. It was located right near numerous restaurants (Indian, Japanese, Health Food, Italian, Chinese, Historic Diners, etc.), as well as right near major shopping centers (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Ollie's, malls, etc.). There's a great 4.5 mile bike path on the western end of Watertown. Sackets Harbor is only about 10 miles from this Travelodge. Cape Vincent, Clayton and Alex Bay are also within an easy drive, as is the Canadian border.

The continental breakfast was somewhat sparse, but at least there was one. And the overall price was right!

The cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable Local restaurants and shopping and the closeness of the Jefferson County Fair make this hotel extremely desirable for us

Nothing was what we would call unsatisfactory except for the unavailability of the use of the pool (understandable due to Covid) but missed…

We checked in well past midnight, and the night clerk told us the hotel has a no pets policy, but he would make an exception because we notified them earlier about hour Husky. We were also running late in morning, and I asked for a late checkout, and they gave me unitl Noon free of charge. This was very helpful to us in both cases.

Staff was so accomodating. Like that it is pet friendly, because we always travel with our cat. Bed was very comfortable. When we need to restock our towels and such, we just stopped at the front desk and got them. We didn't have the cleaning staff come into our room because of the cat. But we got everything we needed from the front desk.

Got a little noisy at times, but that's part of hotel stays. At least it didn't last to long. And was very quiet by midnight. There were not enough covers on the bed. They seemed pretty thin for November!!!

Honestly I can’t think of anything . They were great and highly recommend.

The room was what we wanted. Didn't see any breakfast. the room was nice and clean.

The people that look after the snow removal did not clean the parking spaces properly and no snow was removed from the side walks. Curb appeal means everything.

A little older but very clean and comfortable. A nice breakfast and nice staff. Close to shopping and just off the highway. I'd definitely stay there again!

There was a musty smell as we entered! Not in the room.

Perfect location, strong wifi, with the pandemic, I know breakfasts have been few and scarce, but they did offer continental and things to take with me, which I appreciated. Check in and out were very easy and the facility was CLEAN.

I wish the bed was comfier, it was a king size bed and I expected it to be softer after a long day of work, but it was kinda stiff. That's just me being nit picky, I had no other issues.
