We liked everything about the hotel but when we went to the breakfast in the morning, the service provided by the breakfast was very rude. She brought all his family members for free breakfast and when we asked for breakfast, she told us that breakfast was short. She has less breakfast then I see their family members taken breakfast inside the kitchen. She was very rude. August 29 morning before 09:00 a.m. otherwise everything was very good. I love holiday inn . That’s why we was visited your hotel. Tnx

I loved the staff who were so warm and hospitable. Our first interaction was with Sabrina Diebel. What an amazing person she is!!! We first saw her interactions with the guest who was ahead of us and were very impressed thereafter. All the other staff were very pleasant too. Oh... I forgot to mention the Dove products in the shower and Neutrogena lotion. They gave a very luxurious feel.

Breakfast was okay and had a lot of options but was not very tasty.

The location was close to shopping, food and the highway but it wasn’t loud with traffic noise. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and it was delicious. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. A bit high off the ground but comfortable.

The noise in the hall way on the first night, you can hear kids and adults talking loudly. Water pressure in the room was weak for my taste.

Overall property was good however theee was service issue , I stayed for couple of days room was not cleaned after day 1 towels were not changed. Early morning 4.30/5.00 fire alarm rang but no one notified it was false alarm we all ended up going down after going to bed late in the night

Beds are always comfortable. Lobby is always clean . Staff always friendly and helpful.

The rug in my room was dirty and stained, the couch was also very worn and looked dirty. I Didn't feel comfortable to sit on it. Was disappointed after all this is not a cheap hotel like motel 6. I was really disappointed in that part.

Welcoming staff and quality/size of the rooms. Plus the free parking and the location near the highway made our trip easier. Very quiet because the hotel was not located just next to any large roads.

The breakfast didn't have much choice and you had to get there early otherwise nothing much was left in terms of food.

The room was a large nice room with a couch, frig and microwave oven.

The room was large with a couch but had no coffee table to eat or set drinks on. Since the room was so large the TV versus where the bed's location was, is far away. I suggest to get a larger TV to match the room size and distance from the bed. The outside door key card entry would not work. I had to walk all the way around to the front desk area and go through this area to get to my hotel room. This was not convenient when gathering luggage from my car since the outside door was a lot closer to my room then the front desk was.

It was a nice overnight stay after a long day of traveling. Located just off Interstate 90 and near other conveniences. Quick check in and out, limited interaction with staff. Room was very large and clean. Left early before breakfast.

My room overlooked a warehouse loading dock so aesthetically not pretty but I wasn’t there for the scenery!

Our room smelled like cigarettes and the shampoo conditioner and body was was empty when we arrive but everything else was great
