Courtyard by Marriott Westbury Long Island

The hotel is in a great location. it’s close to stores, restaurants and the highway for local transportation. The hotel was clean and check-in and out was quick. All of the staff were friendly and had great information.

I would have liked to have more food options at the hotel, the Bistro has limited selections. The My room was not serviced, I was told that I needed to request the service. However, housekeeping did provide me with extra towels. The pool is indoors and it was dated and small. it was extremely hot in the pool area.

I ended up staying because of a canceled flight. Selected for location solely. Now, the room was a bit dated. BUT... it was the cleanest place I have come across in a long time. I stay 4,5 stars exclusively and I'll tell you this was cleaner. Obviously excellent management in place because hospitality is alive here. Really a gem. Was comfortable, felt safe, clean and welcoming.

Breakfast was excellent. The room set was perfect!

What killed all the compliments of my stay was the misinformation of room service (changing sheets). I was told it had to be by request. Never given a time!!! After a long day of studying, I requested clean sheets and was told that that service was no longer available for the day and I had to make arrangements! I spent nearly $1,000 for my 5 day stay! That was not the answer I expected!!!

Stayed here multiple times, mainly because of the combination of clean, good-sized rooms and that the personnel is always very accomodating and nice! All issues are always resolved quickly! My go to hotel in this area!

Nothing really - except pricing sometimes feel a little steep...

Breakfast hours could be longer on the weekends.. wanted to sleep in, but also wanted breakfast.

Maintenance could do better. Toilet kept running, was told it was the chain in the tank. I feel it need new parts. I had to adjust the chain every time we used the toilet. Very annoying……

property was clean, and well maintained. Starbucks in the lobby made for easy breakfasts. location was very convenient.

maid service was slightly inconsistent. but nothing that would have been a big deal

The quietness the food and the gym I didn't get a chance to get in the pool but maybe next time. The people was friendly. It's a place I would like to stay for a month depending on the cost lol.

good location that’s close to many restaurants and services. The hotel is nice, room is clean and staff are friendly. The purpose of my trip was work, so I have not tried all the facilities neither their food.
