I appreciated the staff check in. I was amazed on how clean the room was. That by far is a keeper in my book. The area was quite and people were not loitering around. The mattress was so comfortable. I will definitely return and thank you. I was not offered breakfast and nor did I care for it. With that said, I cannot rate that option. To me the cleanliness, room, mattress and peaceful is everything. I felt very safe too.

The stairs is a bit deep and the check out staff was a man on the phone who was not very welcoming.

We didn't need a 5-star hotel; we needed a clean room and a bed, because we were visiting with family nearby for the weekend. Our room was clean (no bad smell), convenien (10 minutes to family), and the bed was comfortable. The people I had interchange with at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was perfectly as we expected in the price range of the room. Would stay there again!

The location was important to us. Japanese Restaurant was a bonus, we ordered takeaways twice from there, highly recommend

The air conditioner was on when we’re got in our room but we turned it off to sleep & then could not get it to work on warm again only cold, the knobs were broken. We were in room #101. we meant to let reception know when we checked out but we forgot.

I am my part and I like everything about the hotel it’s cozy. The only thing we didn’t like is that the beds are very hard kills my back, but still come back to you guys as often as I can hopefully we can do some thing about the beds.

Clean, comfortable bed,,most of the staff are willing to give you extra coffee or make another big pot of coffee in the morning before cleaning staff comes in

The last room didn't lock properly due to weather stripping on the door cleaning staff constantly looking through the curtains if they are open,and wheel carts noisily

that there no microwave in the rooms n the had to go use microwave in the facility room where it was so cold to walk over to the office to warm your food n no laundry

Ease of check in

The Surprise $50 a.k.a. damaging fee of. They said it wasn’t charged and then they said it was charged with tax and also said that it would take three business days to return it. Was not made aware of that when reserving the room.

size of room and cleanse is good. one thing I didn’t like bathtub was too slippery no sticker in tub or rubber mate. I almost slipped few times but was able to gained control of myself. the management should really do something before someone breaks bones.

Rooms need their own microwaves. Coffee pot could not reach an outlet. Could not use it. They need a better breakfast.
