The room was well laid out and clean, the bed was spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful, kind and listened to any concerns mentioned. They ensured to amend any issues promptly. The facilities were great and the wifi was reliable for my meetings with a desk in the room. The spa was lovely and relaxing. Parking on site was free but was limited as it was shared between hotel guests, spa guests and the restaurant. However, there was only one night we couldn't find a space. Overall the stay was great and we would recommend this hotel for those looking to stay on LI

No complaints to mention, any issues experienced on this trip were quickly amended by the staff and sufficiently compensated for. Can't fault them at all

The property is nicely designed in warm tones and it has a luxury feel. The staff was courteous and kind and my issues was resolved quickly. I love the fact that use of the spa area is by reservation only. It delivered a tranquil experience.

I didn’t like that rooms with bathtubs are limited so I had to settle for the floor on which one was available when I checked in.

Everything of value you will find here. It's a perfect hideaway or a exceptional for a wedding. The staff is very accommodating any issues the management will make sure your stay is pleasant. All around comfortable , great decor and comfortable room.

They haven't fixed there infiniti pool, but beside that small technicality everything else was fine

Clean rooms, convenient location, bar and food was very nice.

Issue with the A/C in our room. Set at 65 but kept going up to 77. They had to move us to another room. Also, cleaning staff left our room before completing the job. Left cleaning solution bottle on the bathroom counter, no hand towels left.

nice decor, love the reception area where you can sit with the receptionist. Restaurant was nice, food was delicious

The bathroom dispensers don’t work well. lotion by the sink didn’t work and the response time to correct was slow. after the pool I washed my hair and realized the conditioner dispenser didn’t work well either; a little frustrated at that point. pool is small and the steps into the pool are unstable and don’t seem very safe

I really enjoyed the stay here. I had a massage that was amazing and worth every penny. The meals were great as well as the drinks. The food was just okay-- I have food allergies and they did accommodate me, which I am appreciative of; It is hard to make food taste good when you limitations to what you can eat. Overall, I would definitely go there again, even for a personal get away.

The beds really helped the back pain I was in and I'm now considering a new mattress.. Super comfy. Very clean and very nice staff. I love the pool table and the board games they have for the rainy night we had when we were there it all came in handy. The shampoo and conditioner smell super good and refreshing.. I honestly wish we could of stayed longer. Definitely a hotel you want to stay at if your looking for some awesome relaxation time .

The spa was great, the hotel breakfast was great, and the staff was exceptional.

The one and only complaint we have about the hotel was the room air conditioner (room 108). The AC didnt seem to be working well and the room was a bit warm.

that I had prepaid 166.00 . then 50 when I arrived. which all good. but after check out I’m notified a decline for a 116.00 that the hotel was attempting to charge me.

The vent air system emitted a nice fragrance whenever the temperature control fans came on.

The room we were given had a terrible view outside our window, since we checked in rather late we didn’t complain but was thoroughly displeased.
