Room size, the shower is awesome! Best shower in the entire trip! The bathtub is bigger than usual, the water pressure is perfect, it’s like a waterfall over your head, we loved! The staff is awesome either, the location, the darkness and quietness in the room to sleep was just perfect! This was the cheapest hotel I found in last minute choice to overnight in Windham and there’s no regrets at all!

Breakfast is “ very continental “. Just coffee, croissants (which was very tasty) and yogurt . Super basic. But there’s a very good market nearby where you can have a very good breakfast, if you want. But I knew that from other guests reviews, and sincerely? Not a problem at all. We stoped at the market and had a superb sandwich, and life goes on!

My husband and I was looking for a 3 day weekend getaway from the hustle and bustling of life. Always wanted to visit Catskills and stumbled on Hotel Vienna during my research for Hotels. When we arrived the staff throughout the stay was very kind and helpful. (Note: not only the staff but everyone in the community was very friendly which was nice.) Our room looked exactly like the pics and the view from our second floor balcony was breathtaking. The front desk had a book with a list of things to do. But we were there to mostly relax, explore local restaurants and walk their (I want to say famous) 2 mile path. Again the view is just stunning throughout that walk. I would say that walk is a must (note: I’m out of shape so we actually did 1 mile and head back to the hotel, lol)

The Hotel came with complimentary breakfast but I didn’t see any hot food like eggs and bacon, just tea/ coffee and cereal. So we went out for breakfast every morning instead. There’s so many restaurants nearby that offered warm breakfast.

The property was beautiful. The renovations downstairs were gorgeous and tastefully done. I liked the crescents and jam and new deck to eat on. Adding waffles would be amazing but not necessary. I loved the proximity to the Windham path- it was stunning. Saw electric bikes- couldn’t figure out where to rent them. The wood ceiling and the indoor pool were very nice. The bathrooms in there were so tasteful. Kudos to the designer of the renovation. Well done.

I loved the property, My only real concern was the bathroom tub , I felt it either needed a very deep cleaning or better suited for replacement some time soon. The controls didn’t work, the jets inside looked to be unclean. The hot tub being unavailable was a bit of a let down.

The property was wonderful. Wonderful lands in the back for walks and rest. The pool and the pool deck were beautiful and the facilities were all very functional and cozy. The staff was very helpful and the location is great. There are some very nice stores (bookstore, coffee/ice cream shop, pharmacy) at walking distance and is only a 3 min drive to the town center. Excellent overall!!

Breakfast was just fine. Maybe a bit more fruit (banana, apples) and toasts would’ve been nice. Not a big deal anyway. Everything was wonderful.

The Croissants were excellent and sitting out on the balcony was heaven in the early morning! We loved the walk to the covered bridge and how very helpful the staff was in making recommendations of things we might try on our last rainy morning there.

I can't think of a thing -- we recommended the facility to friends in Philly, so they could come up for a weekend!

The property was gorgeous and definitely newly renovated. Everything is how it is showed online on the pictures.

What we didn’t like is the bathroom. The water from the shower spilled all over because the cover doesn’t cover the whole bathtub. Also we couldn’t use the jacuzzi because it looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly.

The property is absolutely amazing- the location is so beautiful and so peaceful. There’s acres of land and a two mile loop for walking, running or hiking called the Windham path.

There was a minor leak and they shut the water off for a bit.

quite, clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The staff was so friendly, the room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect, close town and conveniently located minute away from Windham resort and within 15-20 minutes from Hunter Mountain.

Perfect location for a short family visit & the local festivities. The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean. The room was large and well equipped (smart TV, good ac, balcony, whirlpool tub, great water pressure).

We only booked one night

Loved this place! Not too far from Hunter Mountain and Windham Mountain for skiing. Spacious room with comfortable bathroom and setting. Good price for what it is! Would definitely recommend it!
