Great location and very clean. We would highly recommend staying here. The beds and pillows were also very comfy. Bright big bathroom with excellent water pressure and fluffy clean towels, There is plenty of storage space for your gear if you are in area to hike, ski, etc. Recently updated room for a very fair price in a great area.

The wheels on the bed did not lock and moved just from bumping into it or sitting up in bed elating on wall it would start to slide. Good for moving to clean under the beds which is good for knowing our room is very clean, just a little annoying. The room could use better lighting. There was a locked connecting door to the room next to us. We could hear their late night partying through that door. No fault of the hotel, just know that if the room next to you are loud you might have to deal with their noise, but that is the nature of motels

Location is fantastic, specially for a weekend trip to the Catskills area, it is in front of a couple of restaurants, walking distance to shops and the Tannersville town. The motel itself is ok, clean but a bit old. Beds are not the most comfortable and bathroom is old school decorated, we also struggle to fix a temperature on the room which made the nights a bit complicated. The area is expensive but I guess that tends to happen on all NY, checkin and check out process was easy.

We had a room with a king bed (very comfy). I think the room was 300 sf. My daughter and I had plenty of space. The bathroom was big, with pretty tile. There also was a large closet, which we could put most of our bags and things in to keep the room tidy.

We could have used one more outlet. Also, I could have used a little brighter light for reading at night.

The motel had a very basic but extremely clean and well cared for room with simple furniture and smallish beds. Absolutely nothing fancy, so don't expect any luxuries (e.g. there was only one chair in a room), yet there is no feeling of a cheap motel whatsoever. The room was very clean, very well maintained, very warm and cozy enough. The outside of the hotel looks rustic and a bit cheap, but the insides are definitely better. No breakfast. It's conveniently close to the Hunter Mountain.

It's expensive for the class of the hotel it is, but it's the location and cleanliness, so somewhat justifiable.

The friendly stuff, the design of the rooms (blue color), the design of the outside of the motel (yellow/blue), ample parking, free wifi, microwave, fridge, coffee machine.

The water intensity coming from the shower was weak. The motel doesn’t recycle and/or compost, and provides single use packets of coffee - which isn’t sustainable.

I like the property bcoz it is situated on the top of the hill. perfect view with camp fire.

there is only ONE door lock. I slept like a chicken like on and off because I keep watching the door knob and the door. I keep watching my small kids. There should be another door safety lock on the door just in case and no worries just deep sleep.

Very pleasant experience. Comfy bed, great water temp & pressure. Very accommodating & cheerful service. Convenient location.

Needs a little t.l.c. tender love & care to update & refresh paint - wear worn from frequent use & the elements but familiar like visiting with distant relatives.

Outlet next to bed had no power if the lights were turned off and lights had no switch on them only wall switch.

Classic old time motel, but with updated rooms. Great location and good price.

Outlet by the bed turned off when you turned off the lights, so I had to unscrew the bulb to keep my c Pac machine working….

It's on a beautiful property and VERY clean.

The smell of the detergent on the bedding was a bit strong.
