The location was great! The staff was really friendly and the hotel was clean.

I was surprised and disappointed to find out that they were unable to hold my bags after checkout; I was not leaving Woodstock until later in the day and had to carry my bags around with me after my 11:00 checkout. I have never experienced this at a hotel before.

The breakfast was nice. There were croissants, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit in a cup, as well as whole fruits like bananas, apples and oranges. Choices for drinks were coffee, tea, orange juice and water. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops.

The locks on the shared bathroom areas did not work. My room was really small, had a moldy smell and seemed damp. I thought the parking area behind the Inn was very small. I ended up parking off the street on the side road. I understand that they will be remodeling soon, and that all rooms will have their own bathrooms. If you are on the second floor, need to get luggage up the steps.

Literally everything was perfect. Was nervous about traveling with our 3 year old, but immediately felt comfortable and at ease once we arrived. Location was great. Breakfast was great. Room was perfect. Exactly what we wanted and expected. LeAnn was amazing. She gave great advice on where the perfect mini hike for us would be.. (pretty much in the backyard of the house) Made great suggestions on where to go for food and music. Very happy we chose to stay here. There was another woman (who worked there) we talked to about the hike also was so helpful and so friendly, but didn't catch her name.. Really appreciate the kindness, the convenience of the location, and the super unique and beautiful details of the room and house. Look forward to coming back next year!!!

Great place, super-convenient for everything in Woodstock and around; shops, restaurants/bars, bakeries, supermarkets all within walking distance (even the bus stop from NYC!). The living room/lounge with the library is such an awesome space and absolute plus. The design and attention to detail of each room are second to none. The garden at the rear is lovely. Plenty of bathrooms so that (despite shared) you don't feel it. Lush breakfast. 10/10 would stay again.

Nothing, really -- it is a HMO effectively so you *will* hear other guests, but nothing that impacted my stay in any kid of way (in fact, the hostess was so kind as to offer me a quieter room).

Amazing property inside and out. Multiple common area rooms furnished comfortably and decorated stylishly. My room was a single with shared bath, and it was furnished excellently down to the smallest detail. Good homemade continental breakfast offered. I stayed on a 95 degree day, but the house was kept cool, including the common areas, my room, and the baths. Staff were professional and personable; both staff members I spoke to shared their stories and answered my traveler questions. This is a property I would return to Woodstock just to stay at again. Unless you are a painfully private type guest whose ideal vacation is NOT having to see or talk to staff or other guests, I highly recommend you stay here at Twin Gables!!

All elements of the continental breakfast were sweet--yogurt, juice, pastries, fruit--perhaps include some non-sweet or savory items as well?

The musical Woodstock vibes were nicely incorporated with the decorum! It was cozy and very comfortable! Greeted with a warm welcome also!

I wasn’t aware ahead of time that my room didn’t have a private bathroom. Not sure if Priceline left that off or I didn’t catch it. Make sure it’s posted in ad.

clean , festive, eye candy hotel, reflect hippy spirit of Woodstock yet very very clean, organized staff, light breakfast provided (even had lactose free yogurt!), AC was on when we arrived (room was nice and cool). Very friendly stuff. Comfortable and clean beds, we were very happy,

Loved the interior design. I stayed in the malachite room as a solo traveler. This room is beautiful! Good price as a solo traveler. Convenient parking. Walk to all the shops and restaurants outside your door. My favorite part of the house was the meditation room.

Twin Gables was a fantastic stay! Less like staying in a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone's home. We were greeted with a warm fire, beverage options, and tour of the inn. In the morning, we even met Buddy the deer, enjoyed a walk on a nearby nature trail, and walking to area businesses.

Everything was fantastic. We enjoyed everything.

Absolutely lovely and historic 'boutique' hotel in authentic sense of the term. The ladies who run this place are real darlings, and went all out to make things comfortable for our family. The decor is inspirational and breakfast plentiful.
