great location. easy to find. great brew pub and dinner spot next door.

Good size room and clean. Property seems well maintained. Room had a mini kitchen with an induction hot plate and even some pots for cooking which was a surprise. Nice mini fridge with dedicated freezer compartment. Location is convenient to many Indian Head Wilderness hiking trails. Would consider staying again in future.

Lighting in room was a little dim.

The room was very clean and turned out better than I expected. The food at the restaurant next door was really good.

The property is old and little run down but the room was very clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom area has a large 2 sink counter outside the smaller bathtub/shower and toilet which worked well. The room had 2 qn beds, a desk and chair, another sofa chair, fridge, coffee maker. There were enough outlets readily accessible for charging devices. parking was right outside the room. There was no breakfast offered but we had brought juice, yogurt, granola bars, fruit, muffins and croissants. Would recommend for the location and value.

I love The Catskills and this ranch is such a quaint mountain getaway! The rooms are lovely and have vintage wooden panels and I got a vintage baby blue bathroom with baby blue, sink, toilet, and shower! I absolutely adored it! I was given beautiful blue shampoo's and had a luxurious feeling shower with lemongrass bars of soap. Make sure to bring groceries, they have a lovely detached guest kitchen that cooks food fast and delicious. I made burgers, sausage and peppers, and hotdogs and had a beautiful outdoor picnic. There are also microwaves and fridges but there is no where on the premises to get snacks so be sure to stock before you come. Rip van Winkle brewery and restaurant is next door but happened to be closed for vacation during my stay, there is a Walmart about 10 minutes from here in case you need to stock up close by. There's a nice outdoor pool as well. Cable tv, Free WiFi, Ping pong table and playground is perfect for kids. Went to the lovely Kaaterskill falls for a hike and swim. The zoom floom is nearby but won't be open until June 20th. Also nearby is Bailiwick animal park and Hudson river art trail. Enjoy your mountain getaway and stay at the red ranch inn, a home away from home!

Quiet family oriented facility there was adults and children in the pool the pool area was clean ice machine worked it's a great deal the restaurant next door The Price is Right you can't go wrong

My bed and linens and towels we'll all good. The refrigerator in the freezer worked and everything was clean plenty of hot water I have no complaints the staff check me in probably friendly I think it's a great deal and I highly recommend it

The convenience to all the places where I wanted to go to.

The lamp didn't have a button to turn it on with. It's kind of minimalist but it's comfortable, and it feels clean so it's worth it.

carpets need replaced and musty smell in room but other than this i found the hotel to be a excellent place to stay
