Great location and the lady and man of the property were nice.

I booked a Queen room and got a room with 2 small beds. I’m 6’3 and haven’t slept on a small bed since high school. I was told somebody extended there stay and I was being upgraded. The room was ok but it was not an upgrade. They should’ve just apologized for miss booking and knocked some of the price off cause this was not an upgrade but again it was a nice room tho. I got to see a Queen room like I was supposed to get and it was nice. My suggestion is don’t allow pre booking if you can not accommodate cause y’all say we have to give y’all 24 hours of notice. I checked in around 4 (an hour after check in plenty of time to contact me) at least offer to cancel for free or a price reduction. That’s business.

The hotel manager took time to explain things to me and chat. There was a personal angle I was sensitive to. The restaurants nearby: plus The main road being remote enough that i could not hear traffic: plus plus The cleaness of the room: a requirement for me, yes! The best for me was to be able to park 2 yards from my room. Being able to bring my dog: people please be clean with your pets so hotels like this keep allowing for pets.

The room was too small for me: if you need to exercise in your room to do floor exercise, you won't be able to.

the owner was very quick to respond to needing extra towels and a smoke alarm that needed a new battery this is a very simple motel the walls are painted grey the towels are on the thin side the shower was fantastic the bed and duvet were super comfy and we had a great nights sleep there is a restaurant across the street and gas stations nearby great coffee shops and breakfast shops on Haywood Ave great price we would stay here again Catherine and Dennis

The owner and his wife are friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The room was clean.

The building is older and in need of cosmetic repair. The fan in the bathroom was incredibly loud and connected to the lights so there is no way to turn it off unless you want to be in the dark lol.

That is was easy to get to the bus from the motel

That the room had only one place to plug in the charger it was the end of the bed

Everything was just quaint. I felt comfortable and content.

The AC seemed to be not working well at first... But after while... It worked perfectly fine.

Very clean and nice staff. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Very safe, quiet and close to heart of downtown Asheville and all of WNC's must see travel destinations.

No laundry on the property. Also no coffee maker in the rooms.

The room was nice. The people were nice. And room service was great.

right across from Rockys chicken shack and just above bowling alley!!! I was on the back side shock I loved cause it was so quiet!!
