I wish I could have been facing some water on the property instead of some bushes

I had a family emergency and couldn’t get my refund back from leaving a day early I wish could of got credit for next stay since I couldn’t get refunded

Very clean rooms, very short walk to the beach, lots of activities for kids. Indoor pool for poor weather. Free laundry, showers to wash off sand outside near beach access. A splash pad. Fire pit.

Elevator was broken (meaning carrying up luggage, groceries, trash and linens and laundry up multiple Flights of stairs. Noisy people above us (would recommend a 3rd floor villa.) Paying 10 dollars a day for parking...I understand the importance of registering vehicles but to have to pay to park at a place you're already paying to stay at seems a bit much. 3 pools and no hot tub that I saw. The linen replacement system and trash removal was kind of left to the guest to figure out and cumbersome.

The condo was roomy. We did have an issue with the air conditioning on the last night but the repair person was prompt in fixing it.

The walk to the beach was tough. It would be great to have a golf cart or something to transport. Very difficult for older people

Accommodations were good and was convenient to shopping and restaurants, Close proximity to the beach.

Everything was very clean except the kitchen drawers and the cooking utensils need replacing.

We loved the amount of space for the price. It was very close to the beach, and we had a small but beautiful ocean view. There was a handful of pools to choose from, so we weren’t stuck in a crowded one. I love that there was an indoor pool for us to enjoy, as it did downpour several times during our stay. I was very pleased with the updates and overall comfort of our stay. I would book again.

I definitely felt like the place was in need of a good cleaning when we arrived. The second bathroom was particularly dirty. I wouldn’t even let my children use the shower because I ran out of the cleaner I brought from home, and it was far too dingy for our taste. I cleaned the master bathroom, and the shower was comfortable after that. Still, I shouldn’t have to do that paying hotel prices for a timeshare. I also thought the facilities inside the indoor pool house could use updating and regular cleaning. Overall they weren’t that bad, just not quite good.

Just about everything. I would definitely make this my preferred place to stay at Atlantic Beach. Loved having enough space for all of us to relax. Easy check out check in. LOVED the friendliness of the check in staff.

The linen/towel exchange and housekeeping. They were available 2 days a week but on the day we went they had one person so there was a line of people exchanging stuff and we just needed toilet paper. Took a long time. I just recommend more help on those days to serve everyone efficiently. This is the ONLY reason I didn't give it a 10!

The amenities were good and in walking distance, everything was fairly clean and it was a peaceful place to enjoy a mini vacation.

I did not like the pricing, it was a little on the high side and I booked a room with 1 king bed and 2 full beds as well as a 2 bedroom but the second bedroom had 2 twin beds, not full beds. The windows were dirty and looked liked they haven't been cleaned in years. And on top of the expensive 2 day rental of $1300 i had to pay an additional $18 to park my vehicle on the property where I was staying. Its $9 a day to park on the property plus the housing cost.

The location was absolutely great and the grounds were very well kept. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded and just a quick walk away, the same with the pools. Check in went smoothly and the man at the front desk way very helpful. The amenities were basic but nice and the room was very clean and well stocked and decorated. We had plenty of space for our family of 7.

The walls were thin and we heard a lot of noise from our neighbors. Our room was right in front of the hot tub and so there was a ton of traffic from people coming and going outside our windows. We didn't really feel comfortable at all opening our blinds since people sitting in the hot tub could see right inside our room. A lamp was not working in the bedroom. We also had a door in our room that was meant to connect to another room and that connecting room was occupied by other guests...The only problem with that was that there were no locks on that door so they could have opened the door and walked right into our room if they wanted to which made us uncomfortable.

I like that staff was friendly and helpful. I had trouble with the parking site and they did it for me, no problem. Our room 27D building B was nice and clean. This location was great right by the indoor pool and spa.

I didn't like that many of the dishes were dirty. Had to do dishes, eat, then do dishes again. The beach access was far from our room. We had to drive to the parking lot closer to it. The walk down to the beach was ok, just a little farther than I'd like for all the money you pay. I also don't like you have to pay 9 dollars a day to park. The rooms are expensive enough that you shouldn't have an extra expense.

The property is very close to the Atlantic Beach main parking area and beach and bridge coming in from Morehead City. It also has its own beach access which is convenient to all the buildings, three pools (including one indoor) and lighted tennis/pickleball courts and other recreational amenities. Clean and well furnished with plenty of hot water. We stayed in a second-floor unit and loved the space and table and four chairs outside.

While they do provide printed instructions, I've never been a fan of Hamilton Beach brew center coffee makers. Ours did not work well so next time we will bring our coffee maker. We stayed in the one-bedroom unit with a pull-out sofa in the living room. While very clean and the kitchen had all the basics needed, quarters are a bit tight. The kitchen table and chairs seemed too large for the small corner area in front of the sink. There is a detached laundry building -- again very clean and with washers and dryers in very good condition that we used -- but it would be great to have had a washer/dryer in the unit.
