on 5/27/23 I got caught in the rain on motorcycle in mountains and needed a place to stay. Made reservation out of desperation. The night check-in person was very friendly and gracious. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning I wanted to hit the road before the 7am breakfast started. I saw someone in the hallway and we spoke about trying to beat the rain. The lady said she had breakfast prepared and would open the door so I could eat. This hotel and the staff excelled on every metric. I can only hope all of my hotel stays are close to this experience. It was all good!

We stayed here when we went to Pretty Place Chapel in South Carolina. This was a perfect stop before heading out the next morning - only about 30 minutes away. The staff we encountered was excellent. The room was very clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was also great…and there’s a Starbucks right across the parking lot. We also got a great dinner recommendation for the Brevard Diner right down the street- it was excellent!

We had some issues with rowdy neighbors above us and noise. Once that eventually calmed down we were happy.

These were the best beds of our entire mountian vacation. The room was so modern. Electric curtains and all. Room was quite large. I didnt grab any photos though...it was a quick stay over. But very nice.

Breakfast was a downer. We did come down during the last hour and there was no eggs or bacon left. Had to rummage for scraps. I had bisques and gravy. My hubby was Irritated in this part of our experience as he had no food choices. Kids decided on ceral.

Bed was super comfortable, hotel was clean, staff were fabulous.

It wasn't the worst but I didn't care for the breakfast. Turkey sausage is gross, no matter where you get it. Bacon was plentiful but extremely greasy and slightly undercooked. I prefer scrambled eggs but the omelets looked fine. I like a good breakfast potato, too.

The place is brand new, just opened this year, I think, and looks and smells brand new, not at all care worn. Very bright and open in the lobby area. The breakfast included with our room was excellent as free breakfasts go. The young man who worked behind the desk was extremely nice and helpful. The location--sandwiched between N. Broad St. and Old Hendersonville Highway--was very convenient to Brevard downtown and easy to get in/out of the parking lot.

The sink in our room would not drain quickly, so I called it to the attention of the woman at the front desk as we were going out the front door soon after our arrival. She said "oh, a lot of people don't notice the handle for the sink stopper behind the faucet...later if you think it's still not draining let me know." Well, I know exactly whether or not a stopper is open or closed and could tell the drain was clogged, and replied "I know the stopper is fully open, instead of us getting back to you, how about if while we're out, someone checks it for us?" Well, we came back and the sink still seemed to be draining poorly, i.e., doubtful anyone did anything to it. I did not bother trying to get them to come back up to fix it. I didn't think that was great customer service on her part.

The cleanliness

The transaction that took place thru Booking. (Name was reversed, special request was reversed, and credit card was charged when the website told us we could pay in cash when we got there.)

This was the best hotel that we have stayed in, in the last several weeks. Excellent value for money. Could not fault it at all. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn !!! You will not be disappointed.

Disconnect between Hotel Office and Booking.com. Issue was Hotel staff disowned issue when it seemed my reservation with booking.com wasn't showing on their reservation listing.

I paid $300 for a $150 room. The reason we were given was it was the season for the leaves to change. The leaves had not begun to change. All you have to do is to look outside. I was ripped off. Good accommodations but too expensive

The property was fine but I found out that it had a purchased directly from them. I would’ve save $50. sobooking.com is over priced.
