The room was very large, it was quiet, clean, all amenities were available and working, the front desk was so friendly and helpful. I travel with two ESAa but generally choose Red Roof Inn while traveling both because they're pet-friendly and I have yet to stay at one that wasn't clean, comfortable and welcoming.
The solitary issue was only because of personal preference, the bed was a bit too firm for me. (That's not their fault at all, very few hotels use beds as soft as I like.)

I liked that it was safe and in good repair. There were no issues at all with my stay. I extended my stay and opted to stay at a different hotel, but it was the same ownership. I could tell. Both were great.
The bed was not as comfortable. I wish there was a hair conditioner (really, I had to search my mind to find anything I could have wanted and yes, this is truly the smallest thing).

The employees were all very helpful, I know they were very short handed but did their very best to accommodate all of my requests and needs. I will definitely stay there again if I need to be in the area.

No full breakfast but we better get used to that.
Great location right off I-26 with lots of restaurants and shopping but nesseled back away from everything so quiet. Great remodeled rooms with high ceiling. Great bed, micro and fridge. Tub a little small. No breakfast because of covid but coffee and juice. Not large hotel.
