I loved the porch most of all, it was so relaxing to sit outside and read quietly with the breeze and the squirrels. I really liked the decor inside as well as the comfortable bed.

My friend is vegan and there were no options really for her for breakfast, which is understandable but still a little disappointing. There were also sirens all night and in the mornings, which is out of the control of the place but still it was just a little jarring.

I absolutely loved the Charleston Inn, Tom, Kathy, and the family were so welcoming and kind hosts. The breakfast and grits were outta this world and I loved connecting with the hosts and other guests during the social hour. It was a nice break from work. The Inn is so beautifully decorated and restored in a way as to not destroy its original beauty and includes the comforts of a modern home. The tiny pieces of historical items and prints scattered throughout the house were a delight, it felt like I was going through a museum while cruising the hallways.

It's hard to think of something I didn't like that I wasn't already expecting with my stay. The plumbing was a little loud but I wanted something historical, and only found in Hendersonville and the Charleston Inn definitely exceeded my expectations.

My husband and I loved everything about The Charleston Inn. We have stayed in a few bed and breakfasts in the past, but this stay was by far the best. The hospitality, cleanliness and location was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

Location, inn was clean & quiet, holiday decorations were so festive, breakfast was delicious and staff was very accommodating.

The plumbing. The shower pressure was not regulated, so occasionally (when another area of the inn flushed the toilet or used the sink/shower) you would feel the temperature change drastically. A lot of adjusting to get the right temperature. We experienced this few times during our 4 night stay.

The historical cozy ambiance of this historic 1880’s home. Property was very clean and well furnished with great attention to detail. Good food and friendly staff. We enjoyed the walking distance to downtown shops & restaurants.

Walking up & down the stairs to our 3rd floor room …but worth the effort because of the lovely historic ambience of the house.

Our stay was very good. Inn is conveniently located. Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. One thing that needs to be noted is that bathroom had a clawfoot tub that made up the shower. If you have mobility problems, this would cause problems. They may have rooms that are more accommodating, if that is an issue.

Great location for walk to town and eatery’s. I love that they provided cold water and drinks and fridge available for room. Very thoughtful !

Room air conditioner . Traffic was loud on porch and sometimes at night although that was not their fault as traffic diverted one night.

The location was the best! Close to town and a very pleasant walk. The front porch was wrap a round and you could relax and rock and enjoy the view and the Inn. They provided a nice reception for all of us staying there which was like icing on the cake.

Our room was configured with the sink outside of the bathroom due to the smallness of the bathroom. The room had so much charm but was very small. I don't believe It was the room I viewed on your site and reserved.

this is a gorgeous Victorian with a huge porch in downtown Hendersonville. The owners run the B&B and treat their guests like family. The wife cooks breakfast and the husband serves. I loved sitting on the porch on a cool morning with fresh coffee and blanket that was provided there for guests.

There was nothing to dislike

Lovely house! So many fun decorations for fall and Halloween. Perfect location for walking into town to shop and eat. Staff was very friendly. Breakfasts were good. Met a lot of nice people also staying there.

Was a little disappointed that we didn't have maid service in the room. Not a big deal, but I was on vacation, ya know?
