Room size cleanliness of hotel proximity to food for dinner.

Shuttle to airport is not provided except limited times. Since there is limited Lyft or cabs the airport shuttle should run early morning and late flights. We arrived at airport at 11pm could not get a ride to hotel that was less than .5 miles away. We also left out at 6 am and the hotel had no airport shuttle until 10am. We paid a cab $40 to drive us .5 miles to airport. This should be listed in the ad on booking.com. It’s not a perk if you can’t use it or it is significantly limited. Small airport not enough transportation options.

The hotel is well located, good restaurants and bars around, close to the airport, but not noisy. The staff has been very friendly and helpful with all needs. Everything was clean at all times!

Breakfast options were limited and there was no access to coffee during the day (only to certain hours), hard for a coffee junkie, but a Starbucks around the corner, so no big deal. The TV in my room was close to the end of it's lifetime.

Only issue was with the restaurant downstairs. There were some issues w an order and it took so long we just asked for a refund. They were understanding about it. I think he mentioned there were some training issues about how to handle certain orders? Anyways, that was really the only issue experienced.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Little cafe/bar was yummy and servers were awesome. I love baths and there was one in room. TV worked.

Perfectly located off the highway and nearby all restaurants and stores. This was the perfect roadtrip stop that enabled us to be back on the road with ease. The hotel pool was the BEST part. Our toddlers 2&4 were so excited to go down. Us adults forgot our swimsuits BUT the pool has a s toddler end! Right next to the chairs so we sat while thry splashed around under the mushroom fountain. They STILL talk about it almost 3 weeks later, begging to go back to the hotel. We've been to lots of hotels but this one really impressed the kids.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Close to the airport and an abundance of restaurants within walking or driving distance. Rachel at the front desk was very helpful in getting us checked in and situated. Also has a small restaurant with coffee bar and mixed drinks.

The hotel is modern, clean and conveniently located near the Asheville airport. The property has great amenities including a scaled down restaurant and bar and next door is a Cracker Barrel restaurant. This hotel has become our go to place to stay when traveling in NC.

Bar service is a bit limited. No Bloody Mary mix!

Very clean. Love the layout of the room. Even thought view was of interstate and airport was able to watch deer in the field running and playing in the morning.

"Mountain view" room was of airport tarmac with hill in the background. Please add a microwave!

The property is conveniently located off the interstate. There's plenty of options for food and shopping. It's very clean and the staff is very accommodating and nice.

However, I left my beats on the bed. Completely my fault. I called immediately and they were not turned in. Housekeeping definitely could have grabbed the linen with them and not spotted. They also could have walked away with them.

Everything was clean and convenient. Staff was helpful and friendly

I could not get the thermostat to stay on my preferred temp. As a result, the room was too warm at night.
