Holiday Inn Express Burlington, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast selection was great, food was hot. Ms. Margaret was the best! She help us with everything we needed. The hot bar was refilled immediately. The location was very convenient. You have great coffee by the way!

I didn't see any tea or hot chocolate. There really wasn't much that I didn't like. Just wish I had stayed a little bit longer. Saw a few stains in the carpets but that's about it. The room was clean.

I enjoyed the pancakes and eggs. The selection was great and varied. The attendent was very friendly and willing to help. It was even better the second day. The dining area was very clean with plenty of seating.

I am diabetic and some sugar free jelly and syrup would have been great. That is my only issue; the rooms were great but missing hand towels.

The girl at the desk was beyond friendly!! Helped in a huge way when checking in! Also was wayyy beyond patient and friendly when I bothered her at 3am bc I was locked out of my room!!

The cleanliness of the bathroom was horrible!! Pubic hair in the bath tub..stains what looked like mold on the shower curtain and a dirty ring around the toilet bowl

We enjoyed our stay and especially the friendliness of staff. I loved your manager, and evidently from what the staff shared with me, they loved him too. The selections on the TV cable left a little to be desired, but suffient for our use. Well run, clean, neat, and comfortable. Breakfast had great choices, attending lady great. All in all, I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express in Burlington.

The folks at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Although they did not have waffles, they did have pancakes! They were very good! The room was very nice and the bed was comfy!

Breakfast?....options lacking..be creative setup on how breakfast could be served in this present environment. ....example separate coffee/breakfast stations with wrapped breakfast foods....of course fruit such as bananas...there is plenty of room in these hotels to setup stations such as this....most table space isn't used anyway....staff would only be involved with maintaining inventory in each station....wiping stations after customer use.....no direct contact with customer unless some service is needed.

The location was great. I didn't eat breakfast so I cannot speak of that, but other than paying elevated price due to surrounding happenings it was great!

The price was elevated due to college graduation. Too much for one night get away.

Very conveniently located. Clean! I felt that extra care was taken to make the property ready for business. Fresh coffee available most of the time. Very friendly front desk workers. (No other workers ever seen in three days)

Don’t expect to have breakfast there. The site should spell out that breakfast is bagged carbohydrates. Being gluten-free one can only get water and coffee. There needs to be a gluten-free option even during this pandemic. Cost was too high for the area.

When we got home, we realized my son had left his blanket there. I called, and the very sweet lady at the front desk went and personally checked. They found his blanket and shipped it back to us. Thank you for going above and beyond to send a boy his beloved blanket back to him!

Everything that you would expect from a hotel, good job. Nice staff, food, clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet.
