Breakfast had variety. Hotel convenient to location I needed. Very clean. Bed comfortable.

had a room with a king bed and a sofa. There was a mini wall between the two. Suggest considering a longer wall. Was staying with another person for several days and because of very different sleep patterns, needed the sofa area for one or other to be able to stay up late/get up early. Slightly bigger wall would accomplish that better.

It was very clean and the room size was comfortable. I didn't feel cramped or claustrophobic. Lots of hotel rooms are very small and I feel like I'm tripping over my own kids. I didn't feel this way at all.

Way too much chlorine in the pool! My kids were all coughing after swimming less than 30 min. Had to get them out of the pool and into some fresh air every 15 minutes. Us as adults had to sit outside because it was way too strong.

The staff is so family welcoming they were there when you needed them so friendly everything clean will be back. Awesome staff great teamwork Miss Joy was awesome.

I’m being charged for three rooms and I’ve been trying to get a refund I would like someone to take notice into that reserved two rooms 207 and 209 and I’m being charged on my credit card for three I would like a refund please so I don’t have to go to the credit card company And be without a card

It was clean room was spacious. The location is not far from various restaurants and shops.

They were renovating, so there was boxes and construction stuff here and there but that was no big deal. The front desk staff was nice. However, on my very last morning the breakfast food lady had a little attitude just because I spilled some waffle batter… She was talking about me to another Spanish gentleman. I guess she didn’t think I understood a little bit of Spanish… Lol.

The hotel was clean and recently updated. We were right by the elevator but I didn't hear a ton of noise at night as you typically do in that location. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. The room was large and clean, perfect for our family.

The pool was small and way over chlorinated, we had to leave after 30 minutes due to irritation. The sofa and sofa bed are very uncomfortable.

A very comfortable and spacious room with a sofa, coffee table, desk and of course the 2 queen beds. Friendly, helpful staff. Good value compared to many choices in nearby Greensboro area. Clean. Good breakfast options. Near several fast food restaurants where we grabbed quick dinners after check in.

The only issue I had was the toilet seat seemed very low. I think most places have adopted “seat height” but this was not. For older adults, it does make a difference!

My room was spotless & had plenty of wash cloths and towels. Even though the property wall full, it was very quiet and when in my room, there was no noise at all. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We got great recommendations for local restaurants and directions. I had a minor hiccup with charges on my credit card and they immediately and professionally corrected. The cost of the room was very reasonable. I have traveled all over the world, and this little property is one of the very best! On my next visit to Greensboro, I will definitely stay here again! Thanks to everyone at the property!

the suite was very spacious. the location is perfect. the beds were comfortable.

the indoor pool was not functioning, which was one of the main reasons for choosing this property the breakfast hours were really early 6am-9am especially for a family traveling. there was an annoying beeping sound that was constant as you entered the property

The location and price where the reason I choose to stay here. The price was great for the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I was pleasantly surprised.

The room we stayed in had alot of "mud" on the floors. I assume (just from what I saw), that alot of DOT or road work construction crews stay here. The mud/clay was on the couch, and on the floors. The floors were clean but it was almost stained in the carpet.

The breakfast was amazing! Great spacious rooms, that were very clean. We had some odd hours, and the housekeeping staff was very accomodating. Couldn't have asked for more for a great business trip!

I have no complaints really. It was a great experience.
