Breakfast was very good! Hot food, plentiful. Nice, clean, comfortable dining area. Very nice dining staff.

Not a large selection. Same breakfast items every morning. No bacon, only sausage. I pay with cash. The hotel would not accept my cash in advance!! They had to put it on a card and only accept my cash at checkout!! Then take it off the card. What’s the point? They would already have my money. I’m 75 years old, I am not going to trash the room, damage anything or steal the towels, TV or anything else. I don’t like that! Take my cash at check-in and leave my cards alone.

The hot breakfast was delicious and the eating area was pleasant. The rooms were clean and made up nicely. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, directing us to where we should park, and were very accommodating when we had to check-in after midnight.

The fridge in our room initially was making a weird noise upon arrival, but my husband wiggled it around and it stopped. No other complaints!

The location, the spacious room and the most comfortable bed with extra pillows on the bed for extra comfort! Top-notch first class from start to finish, won’t stay anywhere else in Burlington, NC.

The smell of the cleaner used in mopping the lobby area floors , very strong mixed with mildew smell, it bothered my asthma.

I didn't eat breakfast, just took advantage of the coffee. It was conveniently located for my trip to Burlington. I like the fact that you can offer other amenities, but this trip, I didn't need them for this trip.

Your facilities are aging and you need to spend some money upgrading. The toilet in my room is just one example. Carpet is aging and doesn't look clean. The bathtub in my room was dingy and didn't look clean, though I'm sure it had been cleaned as much as possible.

The breakfast was the best we have seen since Covid. Food was excellent, service was excellent, very clean, very well stocked. Loved breakfast!

This is not a negative for Best Western, but for ALL hotels we have stayed in. The beds are TOO HIGH. We are senior citizens, and we have a special needs daughter. It's hard for all of us to get into bed.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable We were there Friday and Saturday night. The staff the take care of the rooms were very friendly and sociable. They really do a good job cleaning the rooms. The breakfast was good.

I reported that the bathroom sink hot water faucet had a substantial leak and that the TV channel reception was sporadic and poor. Shower needs fresh calking.

Lovation

Check in was a line out door when I got to check in they could not find my confirmation number even though I had it from Booking. Com there was a delay with them trying to find my reservation.

Only got coffee an ate only once because we have a tradition of going to a local restaurant , coffee was great an food was good.

Really don’t have any complaints.

The area and the location was in a great spot for everything.

The time it took to get the room clear daily.
