Hampton Inn Mebane

One thing stood out for me was the quality of the breakfast. In other hotels the food is usually some powdered egg-like substance, weird tasting sausage patties and that's it. This place, everything seemed fresh and tasty, I'm not going to claim that it is high end restaurant quality, but it definitely showed that the staff cares about what they present to guests. The room was clean, the ac worked exactly as required, it was quiet despite being a stone throw away from the highway, absolutely would stay here again.

I just loved the hot breakfast with a range of different options. To be honest I wanted more than my belly can have. And very clean and sanitized. When I entered the room my first smell was Lysol or some sort of disinfectant. Not only did it look clean it smelled clean too. By far one of the cleanliness hotels I’ve stayed at.

Well I didn’t like the smoking directly in front of the hotel. I’m not a smoker and I think it should be an area designated for smoking customers.

Breakfast wasn’t so good. The toilet handle was about to fall off so my husband had to fix it. The faucet in the sink was extremely loose. (he didn’t fix that)

I would like to recognize the EXCELLENT Customer Experience given by the young gentleman who checked me in on Sat. 10/17/20. He was very friendly, courteous and professional! I’m an Alumni of NC A&T State University in Greensboro, NC. He recognized the mascot on my tee-shirt and was able to share conversation with me! He also shared information with me as to my accommodations, breakfast, amenities, etc. All to say, this was the best customer experience? I’ve had!! This young gentleman would be an EXCELLENT candidate to train other Desk Service’s Representatives. I will certainly visit this location again, as well as other Hilton brands, based on this young Man’s EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I hope this review will be shared with him! Kudos, job well done!!

My stay was very cozy and romantic, as well as relaxing !!!And the staff was very friendly!I really appreciate that because alot of other places I travel to, some people act so rude and the staff at this hotel were polite!!!Thank you!!!I would stay again and recommend this hotel as well!!!

I enjoyed the location and staff. The room were clean and serve the purpose of staying.

No being able to use the pool since check in at 3 pm. I was here for a family function returned at 9:15 pm and it was not going to be enough time to relax in the pool.

Pool was clean and nice. Coffee was outstanding which is important to me usually room coffee makers aren’t great. Everyone was so cheerful and helpful when I needed something.

The facility was super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was lackluster. They had pancake poppers which were incredibly salty and limited other choices and watery orange juice.
