It's always a friendly place and even after covid it's still one of the cleanest

. Had toilet issue. Morning Manager said it would be handled. But arrived back later in evening and still full toilet with poop and not able to use and room stunk. Talk to other staff and she told maintenance to fix. Hour went by not fixed and she tried reaching maintenance again 4x and he wouldn't reply. So i told her i need a plunger so I can fix it. I did then when we went to pool we saw maintenance man outside doing nothing. They all apologized and mannage said they would call booking to have some money refunded.

Breakfast good!! Snafu with the number of beds am pretty sure I asked for two beds but was told it was only one. But girl at front desk fixed that asap! I was very pleased!!

When I signed up my expectations on beds I wish that would have been part of invoice. So we could see if it was my bad on how many beds I asked for. Was not part of email correspondence. Also I was asked to pay another 50 dollars for pets if the room was not in “clean order” or if I had a pet. I had no pet nor do I smoke. Wish I would have known up front. Don’t like surprises.

I like the security of the building at night. I loved how only residents could access the hotel after normal business hours. I also like how you could get into the room with your phone.

I wasn't able to make it to breakfast. I would recommend extending this by an hour at least, otherwise the stay should be cheaper.

The hotel was in a great location and near everything we had plans on visiting. Our Queen sizes beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The receptionist at the front desk told me that our room wasn’t available due to staffing issues. She was very polite and I understood the situation. In the near future, I would like to suggest if issues such as these arise, it would be great to have received a courtesy call stating that our room wouldn’t be available at check-in which was 3pm but instead between the hours of 6-7pm. I did receive a discount for the inconvenience. Overall, this was the only downside to our visit.

The breakfast was great

The mattress on the L couch was very worn, had a hole in it, and was not very supportive at all! Quite frankly, it needs to be thrown away immediately, and replaced. Not representative of Hampton Inn in my previous experiences

The staff was helpful and allowed us to check in early after our train arrived so early in the morning . Breakfast area was neat and provided several options.

We were able to walk and get dinner and snacks. Great location.

Everyone was amazing from the front desk to the maintenance staff. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent. The property was clean and in good repair.

The pool being outside. Everything else was on point. I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely stay there again. Everyone was very professional and very friendly.

The breakfast was decent although we got there late. I could tell it was prepared nicely.

The pressure in the shower was kind of weak, and the water didn't get as hot as I would have liked for it to be.

Love how breakfast was included and there was variety. I especially loved the waffles. The room was the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. It had everything we could’ve possibly needed.

I wish there would’ve been a vending machine instead of going to the front desk because $4 for a bottle of water is ridiculous. And there weren’t any sodas available upfront either.

Coffee was ready before breakfast hours started. Room was extremely clean. Hotel was in great location.

Breakfast could have started earlier. I was in town for an event and had to leave 630 am, but breakfast did not start until 7 am.
