From the check-in to check-out we had a very good stay. The room was clean, bathroom was handicap accessible, and clean. I loved that there were bags of ice in the hallway so that I didn't have to walk around looking for an ice machine. We went to the bar for a light meal and we each ordered something different. No one was disappointed with their meal.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel or our stay.

Hotel was very nice and in a decent location.

Was told that after booking my king room online that through the booking app it does not lock in my room so I was offered a double room with the promise of free breakfast but we were not given the free breakfast after all.

I wiped surface tops with Clorox wipes that I brought, because I was not sure about the cleanliness of the surfaces. I requested clean sheets and one of the pillow cases had makeup on it which I think may have come from the makeup that the housekeeper had on. She was carrying fresh towels and sheets. I am sure she inadvertently touched the pillow case to her face.

I didn't like that the ice machine on the 11th floor did not have ice. I didn't like that their was a spring sticking up over the top of my closet door. I didn't like that there was only one bar of soap in the room for the number of days that I stayed.

I loved the location! it was near a plethora of restaurants and activities which were conveniently walkable! I also loved the breakfast area and breakfast was delicious! The staff was so nice and very helpful!

The only things I didn’t like were that the bathroom had orange nasty stuff around the toilet, which were plain to see but I guess the cleaning staff didn’t feel the need to clean that up.

upon arrival, my reservation wasn't received and Guest Customer service Manager had to contact customer service to provide confirmation.. this is my 2nd time using booking. com, the information was received by hotel in a timely manner upon my arrival and check in

The young man who checked me in(I can't recall his name) was very professional. Ms. Iris who worked the restaurant during breakfast was also professional. They both deserve some kind of recognition and possibly a raise. Their service exceeded the actions that I observed of their team members.

The both rooms were dated. The lobby amd bar area was warm. I had to flush the toilet 3 times which was unacceptable and embarrassing.

The staff went above and beyond. Our room was booked to include breakfast, but that was somehow excluded at their end. Showed them my paperwork, and they had it fixed in just a few minutes. Breakfast was excellent. We would have eaten there even if we had had to pay for it.

Liked everything.

It was convenient to our event we were attending and quick to get downtown when we wanted to go.

The carpet was rippled and there was an abundance of dust in the air vent on the wall. Was told Starbucks was open 8-2 but when we went to order coffee on our way out at 11, the doors were locked.

The room was comfortable, the bed was clean and very comfy. There were plenty of outlets, soft lighting and comfortable temperature controls. Though I didn't use it for my one night, there was plenty of drawer and organization space for personal belongings.

There was a stain on one of the hand towels which made it feeldirty, and some old toothpaste splatters missed along the bottom of the mirror frame and counter.

My room was in a corner, but it was clean. The bed was comfortable.

II was really surprised at the customer service...front desk was not the friendliest people (early morning and morning). The hallways was not clean and it was because housekeeping did not clean it. They were on the floor cleaning rooms, but not the hallway.....vacuuming and picking up small trash.
