The location is about 10 minutes from the Concord Mills Mall. It has multiple food options nearby and at least 4-5 restaurants within walking distance. The hotel also has a kitchen/restaurant in the lobby as well. The facilities are well maintained and friendly staff. The breakfast was awesome! Eggs, sausage, potatoes, orange juice, apple juice, different types of milk & coffee. The way it was set up it was easy to move around and dip our plates.

The elevator could've moved faster when waiting for it to arrive but it wasn't extremely slow either.

The Staff In The Front Was Very Friendly The Young Lady That Checked Us In Was So Nice I Loved Her Enthusiasm and Kindness. The Vibe At The Bar Was EVERYTHING. The Whole Staff In The Front Including Housekeeping Was Amazing.

The Breakfast Attendant Wasn't As Friendly As The Other Hotel Staff, Didn't Say Excuse Me Or Even Acknowledge Us As Guest Even After We Spoke To Her Saying Good Morning and Thank You. She Did Help With Getting The Food Out In A Timely Manner And Paying Attention To The Breakfast Bar. I Also Can Understand When You Have A Job To Feed A Hotel Full Of People It Can Be Overwhelming So It's Understanding When You Can't Speak To Everyone At All Times Cause Your Head Has To Be On A Swivel.

Everything was great except for the noise of the a/c unit making a howl noise when the door is closed.

First, let me say what an experience my sister and I had. The staff is absolutely amazing!!! Jay and Denise what can say about these two individuals. Their patience, kindness, warmth, understanding, and listening skills deserved more than five stars. As therapists, we can identify when someone's people skills are honest. Their people skills are HONEST. Jay and Denise are amazing workers observing how they are attentive to the customer while doing multiple tasks at once such as cleaning up, serving, and refilling is the definition of honest and hard workers. I apologize we didn't get her name. The young woman at the front desk when we check-in what a kind welcome. Overall, The staff was just amazing!! I will let the pictures speak for the environment because it's beautiful. Please!!! Highly recommended! My sister and I say THANK YOU 😊

Having ice machines on every other floor was inconvenient Couldn’t put quarters in the washing machine or dryer, you had to swipe a card. Dryer didn’t start with our card so we tried paying by downloading an app. The directions were posted above dryer. Even with app the dryer didn’t work. To use the app we were required to preload $10 and now since the dryer didn’t work our money is stuck on that app. Hotel did not own the machines so we tried calling the 1-800 number posted for the company but they were closed. Went to the front desk for help & were told all the maintenance people had gone home for the day. Had to drive our wet clothes to a laundry mat to dry them. A machine that accepted change would be so much better.

First off the staff was super friendly. What a nice surprise to have such great staff all round. The room was a great price, the breakfast was delicious and filling. The kids enjoyed the outdoor pool in the morning. No need to drive around looking for a good meal as there were some great choices of restaurants with in the parking lot. It was central to a lot of things that we were needing to do. Next time we need to go to Charlotte we will definitely stay here!

I was looking for a hotel in downtown Charlotte but they were all sold out so I settled on this one since it was only 15 minutes from downtown. Solid location and much more affordable than the hotels in the middle of downtown. The room was clean and very spacious. I also liked how there was a Google Chromecast stick in the TV -- I had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it working but once I did - that was a nice aspect of my stay.

The breakfast that is included is only available until 9 AM during the weekdays so unfortunately I didn't get to the take advantage of that. The parking lot also gets very full if you bring your own car.
