less than 10 miles from charlotte motor speedway; very nice tv (best attribute to/for the room); good breakfast; comfortable bed.

the "handicap" shower did not hold the water in sufficiently...ran outside onto the floor...had to soak up rhe water with a towel; no shelves in the bathroom to put toiletries; the room coffee maker sucked (VERY, VERY SMALL!); homeless people dining in the breakfast room (NASTY and UNSAFE!)!!

Great place for the price. The room has laminate flooring, which is much more sanitary than carpet. The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong: I could have stayed in there for an hour! Beds were comfortable, staff was helpful. Breakfast was better than I expected based on reviews and photos. How can anyone complain when they have brownies on the menu? This was a great place for a quick stop.

The room was a lot better than what I expected I have stayed at the Quality Inn and Suites in Rock Hill which is kind of dumpy but this was exceptionally nice

There really wasn't anything I didn't like it was close to everything I needed close to everything I wanted and the staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful

Oceanfront was amazing!!

The bathroom was really small and I know it's not the hiyels fault but the beach had too much debris on it cuz of the hurricane. The concrete pieces were all over, needed a cleaned crew to got out and pick them up!!!

Breakfast was basic. selection was what you find for a continental breakfast. breakfast did not work for my group because of dietary restrictions and tastes. Location was good. Easy to get on and off of highway. Room was good, clean, comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. would stay again.

Breakfast was great! It had a variety of choices. It had fruits, cereals, tea, milk, juice, toast, eggs and sausages. We were on the first floor so it was really convenient to let the dog out.

The arm chair was dirty. The pillows were not that great. All else was fine!

Staff was excellent, room was very clean. AC had a hard time keeping up with the humid weather.

The location is the main problem - not really a good part of town. The POOL - was a mudhole. Should've been taped off/secured. Room was non-smoking - but smelled like smoke.

Customer service was good. Room and facility was clean. Comfortable bed.

Water took a while to get hot in shower and there was no pamplet to help with what channel was what on t.v.

The breakfast wasn’t that good. Also the sink in our room would whine in the middle of the night so we would have to turn the water off when we would go to bed and turn it back on in the mornings.

Older facility in need of repairs.
