I liked just being able to put my feet and my legs up especially since I recently had surgery on them. I didn't want to get off the bed at all..

The neighborhood isn't the best...but I'm safe everywhere I go...and I needed some additional tissue and towels/washcloths but I was working too much to get them myself. .If they could already be in the room ahead of time(atleast 2 sets of both) that would be most appreciated, as well as double the tissue. Thank you very much.. Priscilla

I love being at thus hotel location because it's generally quiet, and I can most times get some real rest there..the staff and I have agreed that I am a regular guest...I like the sound of that.

I had minimal tissue, and towels...but I also was feeling like crap the entire time too. Thank you so much for your hospitality..

Bed was Comfortable

No breakfast, no outside entrance except main lobby.

Everything was above and beyond my approval and satisfaction. The staff the beds shower the entire room was very satisfying and it accomplished all of my expectations and comfortability part to be honest. I would highly recommend for people to stay there.

We really like the guys at the front desk they we all so helpful and very nice!! I would stay again and will recommend it to everyone!😁

Not having smoking room!! The only other thing that I did not like on the day of check out the maids pounding on the door at 9am!!!!!! That’s way to early for a 11am check out time!!

The only questionable thing about this hotel is the location around it however once you are inside the lobby it is easy to forget where it is due to beautiful decor and a friendly staff.

The lobby is nicely decorated and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was nicer than some of the higher end hotels I have stayed in with gorgeous wall painting and bedding I love that the flooring was updated wood panel instead of old carpet. Once in the room it was peaceful and quiet with wonderful soft beds and triple protection on the mattresses against all manner of icky. Shower rods are curved so no nasty curtain touching you while you shower.

There was no outside access to our room so it felt very safe. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast was excellent.

Some of the room doors slammed shut unless carefully closed. At times it could be a little startling.

This is my third time staying at those hotel, and for the price, it’s a absolutely terrific choice. The staff where happy to change my room when a fire alarm was being annoying and they helped with any questions I had Room was clean, recently updated, and had all the basics you could need. They try very hard to keep this place clean, and do a good job of it The location of this property is the only complaint I could have, and the hotel can’t really help this. My fiancé and her sister were pretty uncomfortable when we would leave the room or go in the parking lot, I felt safe, but I can see why they were nervous. Overall, great property and each time I’m in Charlotte I’ll be here!

The front desk staff are friendly and personable. Very welcoming and pleasant.

The location is a little seedy but the hotel area itself feels safe and is very well lit at night.

Love how front desk stepped rite in & helped us out without hesitation even tho it was time for her to clock out
