Richard at front desk was very professional, friendly and helpful. Michelle was amazing, she handled the breakfast runs both mornings, food was warm, she was always available, made sure everyone was happy, wow she made such a difference, thank you for making breakfast enjoyable!!!

The room curtain was torn, not nice to look at.

The person at check in on Friday evening worked hard to cater to all our needs - she made sure we were well taken care of. Great customer service And Elsa did a great job setting everything out for breakfast and personally checked in to make sure we had everything we need. Excellent and friendly service

Maintenance of the pool could have been better. It was not as clean in there and the towels weren’t restocked.

Huge room, very nice facilities... breakfast was very good, the staff were extremely pleasant and great to work with.

The pool was pretty dirty... I expected it to be heated or at least semi warm as it was indoors but it was very cold!! And they closed it early on our last night so my kids were upset they missed it.. but other than that it was great!

Breakfast was good. Pool was nice. Comfortable beds. Nice hotel for the price, priced very fairly. The location is right where we needed it to be.

Staff unfriendly. Call me old fashioned but normally a concierge says good morning, have nice a day, how are you mrs/mr, how was your stay. I'm sure that sounds petty, but it was an usually noticeable with several of the staff, with exception to the guy who checked us in, just about all the staff stared at us like we had the plague and said nothing. It also seemed like a problem that we wanted towels and maid service. The rates here are great, but the staff was so awkward Id gladly pay more, to experience just a normal level of professionalism.

The location was perfect! Right off the highway. The hotel was clean and so was our room. Our family of 6 was comfortable in the 2 queen , 1 sofa bed suite. The breakfast was delicious and also a large selection. They switched it up a little each day.

Our second night we heard what sounded like kids running, things thumping and falling above us literally all night.

Breakfast was crap. Orange juice watered down with no flavor, waffle mix running everywhere like water after cooking was thin and crispy nothing left just air. My husband said gravy was the same . Not thick very watered down. Second morning skipped breakfast there and went to Burger King next door.

We probably will stay again but may not be eating breakfast.

room service was horrible! they ordered meat in my food and then told me they would come back to get it! but was supposed to refund me and didn’t. $50 for a pasta and side salad and all they did was call a pizza shop down the road! great pizza shop but horrible going through 3rd party and they add about $6 per item and I spent $50 and didn’t get food to eat that night! I just went to bed mad! horrible! u should not use this company at all!!!

I had the business king suite for my boyfriends bday and it was clean comfortable and really nice. I LOVEDDD the staff!! The man at check in was so polite and cool. I’m staying in Wyndham Days Inn Rock hill right now (was trying to get something cheap) and I honestly wish I would’ve spent the money to come back here just for the AMAZING customer service from these 2 men that worked the 10-11 of February.

the only thing is that you can hear everyone around you like in the hallways and up above but it didn’t bother my bf and I too much. I would definitely recommend!

The indoor pool was a great addition the kids loved it. I also loved the size of the rooms they were so nice. Id stay here again.

The first night our ac cut off and then I couldn’t get it to turn back on until it he morning so I woke up super early due to being hot. Also the first day for breakfast the waffle batter an gravy mix was really watery.

Everything except the night before we left our neighbor in the next room scared us by knocking on our door in his shorts trying to give my daughter money and harassing her and the kids were scared. Called the front desk 3 times. Then he must have went in and passed out and his room mates named on the door till 4am….Bad night
