Location was great! Staff friendly! Atmosphere peaceful! Area was filled with shopping options! Breakfast was plentiful! The bar was nice! The room was clean and very comfortable! Just all around great time! We will definitely be back!

The young lady that checked me in tried to charge me $30.00 more than what I booked for. I questioned the pricing as to why it changed. She did whatever in the system and was able to see what I should have been paying versus what she was trying to charge me. Even though she corrected it, I didn’t like that she had no explanation as to why she was trying to give me an up charge and was able to see exactly what I booked for after I asked why. A bit strange too me.

Breakfast was good. I was particularly impressed by the provision of oat milk to accommodate those that are lactose intolerance and vegetarians. The indoor swimming pool was an added bonus. The pool was clean and the water temperature was comfortable.

It will be very helpful if the hotel could offer shuttles to and from the airport for accessibility and comfort. Granted that gas prices are high, reasonable charges to offset the cost will be better than using Uber, Lift or taxi.

The room was Great! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was amazing. The breakfast was hot and ready. The facility and staff was GREAT as well. The indoor pool was fun and relaxing. The room was everything just like the advertisement on the website. Great location. There is a plaza across the street from hotel, with plenty of restaurants and stores to visit.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Everything was just like it was on the website. There is nothing that needs to be changed. The rooms are just as they are on the website. Everything was GREAT. You will not be disappointed.

I always write reviews, good or bad. Just facts here. It was spacious and on a main road. The AC was really cold - a good thing. good variety of pillows. The room/suite was larger than expected.

I always write reviews, good or bad. no complaining here, just facts. No inside door handle in bathroom. it is a ADA room but not with this problem. Almost couldn’t get out; couldn’t grip the nub. Nightlight bulb was out. The blanket for the sofa bed was so light and “crispy”, good thing I travel with a blanket. Elevator had what looked like dried cake frosting on the floor in the morning and reeked of marijuana. Front desk listened to us tell them but 2 different people didn’t write anything down. Front desk checking people in had no sense to hurry to check everybody in. There was a line and it was late. The President’s Cup golf thing was in town but that’s all the more reason to show your best to everyone.

I loved that the shower was separate from the toilet. Also there was a panel separating the bed & sofa area. Very spacious room.

When my husband & I arrived, we pulled up to the main entrance for me to go inside to check in. Before I could get out of the car, a tall bald black male comes out of the hotel & ask us were we lost.. I responded no we were not lost. . I was so offended. I saw a few white people pull up to the same area as my husband & I, but the guy didn't ask them if they were lost.... Overall all of the other staff was very pleasant.

The lady who checked me in and out was exceptionally friendly. She was warm, welcoming and interested in why we were visiting.

The breakfast was not kept filled until 10. Even the coffee and juices were empty near the end. There was a sign welcoming a hockey team at check in, so maybe that was the reason why they couldn't keep up.

Coffee was out 30 minutes before breakfast ended and they never made more.. so only had coffee from the room. Also, breakfast was too minimal.. expected eggs at least to have quality protein.. and bananas at least

The bathroom needed actual towel bars to hang up your towel. One hook is not adequate for going green and reusing your towel or for even two people in the room, much less more.

Room was nice and staff was friendly

Curtains in our room were about 4 inches shy of bottom of window and we kept wondering if the window was open or cracked as noise from street was loud as if window was open a bit. We don't mind traffic noise but this seemed a bit much.

Clean and comfortable

The stained glass bathroom doors were a major let down. When someone uses the bathroom during the night, it brightly lights up the entire room and serves very little privacy or air tightness.

the air/heat unit kept coming on and off noisily. the bathroom doors were shadowed/see thru. breakfast was fair. the bar opened at 7 pm and the bartender had zero customer service skills.
