It was absolutely amazing for the price. we could see carowinds and a beautiful sunset outside of our big window. the beds were very comfortable, they had a good breakfast selection, not great, but good. staff was very nice and helpful.

the price that booking gave me WITH taxes was around 160 for a night, and it said I would pay when I got there. Well, they took out $220 off of the card I put on file before i even got to the hotel which shouldn’t have happened because I selected the option to pay AT THE HOTEL, and i actually wanted to pay with another card once I got there. so that pissed me off that they took more than the price they gave me and I agreed to when I booked it

Property was immaculate - clean inside and out. Room was spacious and modern. Mini-fridge, television, air-conditioner all brand new. Bathroom is large with a walk-in shower and lovely scented bath products are provided. The bedding was just right and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was very good with many choices available. Outdoor seating is available. Because of COVID protocols, housekeeping services are limited for extended stays. This did not bother us one bit. We could get extra towels from the front desk and we had no complaints nor problems with this aspect. A special shout out to Jackie, the night front desk clerk who greeted us after our long days. She was very helpful in answering our questions and aways had a smile on her face. She made our stay memorable with her pleasant personality. And also the property manager was wonderful too, knowledgeable and helpful! These ladies are true assets to the hotel chain! We will definitely stay again if In the area and highly recommend this hotel.

Not anything to dislike as the property is relatively new and well cared for. An extra chair in the room would have been nice but not a big deal.

Staff was so welcoming, helpful & polite during my week stay. Breakfast was wholesome. They provided breakfast sandwiches, fruit, cereal, muffins, oatmeal, milk, juice, 24hr coffe, tea and cocoa. The facility was very clean. The bed and pillows were extra comfy! I noticed that security cameras were everywhere so we felt safe.

New hotel with white comforters & laminate floors. I mention the floors (which is a trend in new hotels) because I like the sense of cleanliness (vscarpets) however there was a lot of noise from the room above - a chair rolling and horsing around. it’s super close to Carrowinds so it was probably youngsters - but until 12:30? might have also been kids from travel sports teams playing tournaments in the area. my point - ask for the top floor. the staff was very friendly, there was a light breakfast in the lobby and it was clean - but no daily room service.

not enough soundproofing

It was nice to have a safe but nourishing breakfast, only hotel on my trip to have decent hot foot served safely. The room was great - all amenities worked well. Nice touch to have me greeted by name on the TV screen when I arrived. Glad there were luggage carts and elevator as I was on the 4th floor. Friendly staff at check in, check out, and every time in between.

Hard to come up with anything but $6 for a small deep dish microwavable pizza seemed a bit much. Also the door was a bit stiff to open at times. Neither detracted from my overall experience.

Room was extremely clean, very modern, & plenty of lighting. The layout of the room was perfect. The walk in shower was very nice. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Only complaint I have is no microwave was available in the room to warm up my food. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to turn off the bathroom mirror light that was easily resolved by just closing the door once I went to bed.

The Lobby was nice and comfortable. I love the 24 hr coffee. The location was very close to restaurants. The facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room bathroom was A little in the smaller side. There was some type of banging noise throughout the night it made us feel like someone was trying to get into the room but each time we checked no one was there.

Long line to check in and computer system was not working so my credit card was not able to be processed on the spot. The staff asked me to write down my credit card number, expiration date, and cvc number which I was a little unsure to do but I did it anyway. They processed it later in the evening. I realize it was not their fault about the computer system but that should be fixed. Also there was only one person checking in a very long line of people.

Breakfast was ok. Basic options. Location is great if you're looking to travel to the amusement park. That wasn't the reason for my stay so the location wasn't that great for me. It was nice that it was located right off of the highway.

Lack of amenities i.e Swimming Pool. Not too sure if this is normal for SC, but I shared my stay with a few lady bugs lol.

Only 20 minutes from Charlotte and super close to Carowinds! The property is right off of the freeway leading to Charlotte and Concord. Carowinds is only six minutes away, and you can see the park from the property. The room is modern and very clean.

We were issued towels, but had to request washcloths bc none were provided upon arrival. Staff gave us extras promptly with no issues when asked.
