The location was in ideal walking distance to Carowinds. The breakfast was decent and the room was spacious.

We reurned from Carowinds around 8:30 pm to find our room not cleaned for the day. I had to request toilet paper because we were completely out. We went back out and returned around 1AM. Dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor and the trash cans were fill. I went downstairs to question why our room wasn't cleaned. She front desk attendant stated the room is cleaned every three days. I was very disappointed. I told her I need new wash clothes and towels now.

Location to Carowinds is awesome. You could walk, though it is quite a walk especially after a long day at Carowinds. They do offer parking passes also. You can buy discounted tickets to Carowinds at the front desk. Breakfast was good. Everything thing in the hotel looks so nice amd well taken care of. Very clean. Staff was very friendly.

The rooms are a little weird. The toliet and shower are in seperate rooms with like pocket doors made out of like a frosted glass and they are both located right in front of the beds. And the doors didn't latch right. To lock the toliet door you had to have someone help you from the other side. The tv is located in the area with the sofa but can be turned to the bed area. Nothing that would make me not stay again, just noteworthy.

Staff at front desk were ok (not impolite or anything) but not worm helpful and inviting, did not get a worm fuzzy feeling. felt like I was at the DMV. Check-in was at 4:00, got there at 3:00, would not let me check in early and I was sure the room was ready, front desk did not offer an explanation, felt like it was a policy thing, if so that is bad costumer service. Pool was closed, did not see that INFO on Booking.com, breakfast was much better a year ago, scrambled eggs and stuff, this year it was premade waffles, premade egg biscuits and so on. I was disappointed. Staff had a hard time getting the food out.

I would have liked to receive a welcome itinerary explaining useful information about my stay there such as check in and out hours, Bar hours, Breakfast bar hours,wifi passwords,etc,the staff needs to wear name badges to separate them from the customers,and I wasn't too impressed with the breakfast bar needed more food choices

Love that we could just walk to ver to the amusement park. Staff was super nice. Rooms were clean and fit my family of 5 perfectly. Nice outdoor area to sit and relax with friends and family. Had a little trouble with tub not draining but was fixed ASAP. Would stay again.

Breakfast was ok. Wish they had a waffle 🧇 maker or a few other choices like fresh fruit or eggs. But breakfast is not a deal breaker. Loved hotel.

Clean room and facilities. The staff was friendly and courteous. Lots of amenities on site. The location right next to the part is quite convenient, and will allow you to save $30 on parking. The pool is a nice option on a hot day.

The breakfast bar was a little disappointing, and was in need of a restock, that seemed to take a long time. If you unload in the parking lot you have a decent trek to the lobby.

fantastic all across the board, great rooms, great location, quiet, spacious, comfortable, and modern. literally the perfect place to stay for carowinds. it allows you to see the park and take a break comfortably, easily, and affordably.

the property was great the price was good. vacations ain’t cheap, but 50 or 60$ less would have made my day for the net cost.

I loved everything especially the location. The breakfast attendants were very comforting. Tamaras Customer service from arrival to checkout was A1. Keep up the great work. The kids did not care for Carowinds but will stay again for the views, the pool, and overall experience.

I wish they're were more locations to eat dinner close by that stayed open past 10pm

The location is great. Walking distance to the park! The rooms were very clean and cozy with a very comfortable bed. Most of the staff went over and beyond to provide A+ Customer Service. Nice lounging areas.

Everyone in my party (9 of us) was very disappointed in the breakfast. The choices were very limited , and the very few items that should had been hot was not. Its not the typical breakfast (eggs , bacon , sausage , grit , potato ect) most would expect. Its premade bagels , Waffles , or a biscuit with a microwaved taste.

The location is excellent and the property is very nice and convenient to Carowinds and surrounding area. Free Parking pass for Carowinds and Breakfast make this a good value for families.

The Breakfast was missing simple staples like Bread Selection, Equal & Splenda for Coffee & Sugar Free Syrup for Waffles which ALL other properties have. The rooms should have nightlights in the bathroom for safety and the bedding should be complete for trundle bed in rooms.
