Waterwalk Charlotte Arrowood

I had planned to stay in a 1 bedroom and booked a 2 bedroom for my family because no 3 bedrooms were available. When I tell you everything worked right on out we were all able to stay together in a 3 bedroom. It was close to everything we even cooked and grilled out. The staff was very friendly and answered all the questions that we had. Once staff member can’t remember her name but she was from Canada when I say she went above and beyond to help she did. Thank you I will be returning…

Location is very nice and close to Carowinds (the reason for our trip.). We were also able to extend our stay one night with no problems. Savannah at the Front Desk is an absolute dream! She was very friendly, helpful and is a true asset to your "hotel." She came to our room right away when we had trouble with our LR TV. We stayed in room 315 and it was great...spacious and very clean.

Need vending machines in all buildings. It would be helpful to have a list of restaurants that are close by.

I loved everything about it!

Only issue was we were taking stuff to car at 11:30… and the cleaning staff asked the teens what room was they checking out of… once we got from car they sat in lobby and I went back to my room to do a final walk thru and staff knocked on door and was like oh you still here… I said check out not until 12 and I told her I was headed to do final walk thru of the 2nd room the teens were in… she said she had cleaned the room already. I didn’t like that because we hadn’t checked out yet and she cleaned it while we were loading car which only took us a few minutes to do. Other than that it was great. And would book again

I loved the home away from home feel. It had everything you would need and I was also able to grill out. The customer service was wonderful, Savannah and the two ladies with the braids ( sorry I didn’t get your names) were wonderful. They made sure I had everything I needed. It was close to everything, shops, restaurants and the highway. When I come to Charlotte this is where I will be staying.

The only complaint I have is the people that was above me made to much noise! I’m not a complainer but I paid just like they did. Was told it wasn’t kids but they had a dog. That must have been a big dog because it sounded like Furniture was being moved and dropped! I think you all need to put people with animals on the first floor not above anyone. The next time I will be on the top floor. I didn’t rest the last two nights I was here because of all the noise.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and perfect for me. I am a regular traveller from STL to Charlotte and this is one of the best places that I stayed. The staff were great. Everything was there and it felt like staying at home. Great place. I'm looking forward for my next stay.

Wi-Fi is something that can be improved. The TV in my main room was not working, that is another thing. But other than that it was perfect.

Appliances were good size and in excellent condition Exceptionally clean Staff friendly. Very professional but took time to share a laugh A few minutes drive to airport

There was a mechanical noise in the middle of the night It was intermittent and woke me up. Probably air conditioner

Clean, comfortable, spacious, love the complimentary coffee/chocolate station

You have to dispose of your own garbage outside the building, while on vacation you should be able to dispose within the building or pick up by maintenance. The beds could have been bigger

I enjoyed this property it was very clean and spacious. The staff was great and very friendly especially the managers Nikki and Scott.

The bumping that was going on over my head for almost 2 1/2 weeks.

Good location! Beautiful new building. Landscaping was nice. Very well equipped kitchen.

The TV in the living room didn’t work. Never came to fix or replace. The smell of marijuana was overwhelming and coming into the apartment.

Staff was so friendly and helpful especially Niki and Savannah! Clean and comfortable room. Great location.

Too much marijuana being smoked on the property. Could smell it in the hall and outside most of the time.
