Let me begin by saying that the staff here are extremely friendly and always willing to be helpful. The breakfast is good. I wish they had individual yogurts, but the food was good quality and there was always fresh fruit and plenty of coffee and tea. The beds are comfortable, excellent pillows, and the suites are generously sized. I love having a big fridge in the room - the stove-top is kind of a waste of space. This is a wonderful place to stay - especially if you're staying for an extended period of time. The fitness center is of a good size for this hotel type - always had fresh towels and sanitary wipes available; there's also water in the FC. The rooms are showing their age - especially in the bathrooms - But they were very clean. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Ironing board but no safe.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and the breakfast was stellar. It’s hard to believe that it was included with our stay. It was a lovely stay!

I honestly cannot think of any improvement. If I must say something, maybe just some signs about the bar. I thought I could go get a late snack but it was closed. I could have certainly missed the signs though.

The rooms were spotless, and if you ask the rooms are promptly cleaned. Amiable staff, especially the lady that stayed at the front desk/ reception on the morning of 5th of August 2022, until we left at 12 noon, I should have taken her name, she was fantastic to us throughout our stay and gave us some local pointers. The English lady at the reception, originally from East London was also fantastic, very helpful and prompt to our needs.

The woman at the front desk was so nice. I heard customers calling in irritated and she never lost her cool, and just was so pleasant to speak with. You have a gem with her working for your hotel. Highlight of the stay. She was very helpful in recommending resturants.

The hotel was not that clean, the bar at night was very sad. The bartender kept on saying that he didn't have any left and then they closed quickly. It would be nice to staff the bar, because your not close to any other place to go to for some drinks.

It was very comfortable and a decent price w/ a good breakfast included! The staff was very accommodating. We had everything we needed in the room. The pool area was nice and clean! The area had a little food/shopping in the area w/n walking distance. A Starbucks in the same area!

Our stay was exceptional and the staff was wonderful. We had a few issues with our kids missing their flight from Canada to Raleigh and Laurin Konopka was a great help with parking at the airport and airport information. Will definitely stay here again.

Beds and pillows are a bit lumpy and need to be replaced. used Coffee filter was still in machine and there was no coffee carafe. I finally had to go out to the desk and wait for it myself. otherwise I would stay there again.

Clean and spacious room. The location was great for the area of business I was attending & close to shopping.

When reviewing bill I noted that a charge was incurred with parking at the hotel. ($7/day). I addressed this via a call back to the hotel and the representative stated this was noted on a sign at the front desk. I was not aware of this as it was not addressed when I made reservations. The stay was above average in cost for the area and had I known that there was a fee to park I would have stayed elsewhere

Rooms have lots of places to unpack. There was a pool table! Breakfast was very good.

The hair conditioner in the shower was empty. Asked for refill. But after staying 3 more nights, it was never refilled.

Room was spacious with kitchenette having all facilities. Breakfast was good. Hotel, rooms were clean. Staff was helpful.

There was some problem in billing which blocked double the amount due on credit card. It took few weeks till the blocked amount was cleared. I guess it was some system glitch.
