Overall the facility was clean. In a good location. Quiet. Was able to cook or wash laundry if needed in our room. We were able to order groceries or door dash if we wanted.

When we first arrived the suite we got had not been cleaned at all yet. The second room had shoes left in the closet some dishes that had not been cleaned properly and the window seals were dirty like they had mildew and dead insects in it. The bed frames sounded and felt like they could easily fall to the floor at any moment. Would have liked to have had an ice machine so we didn't have to wait for the freezer to make it or buy a bag for one night

I loved how the room looked like it was new. It didn't look old and rusty like other hotels. I love that about it. It was spacious and very comfortable. I will absolutely stay here again.

My room was extremely cold when I first got in it. I tried to open the windows to get warmer air in but the window didn't open by design. The temperature was set to 55 degrees in my room and the heat did not come on when I set it to heat. I was very cold that night in the room. But it warmed up the next day to the 70s, so I was better.

EVERYTHING! Home away from home. Everything from the size of the suite, the appliances to include the washer and dryer in suite, the comfort and even the internet speeds were exceptionally well. Cannot forget the excellent customer service!

Honestly could not find anything to complain about. The battery on my door lock needed to be replaced when I got checked in but the staff member working that evening went above and beyond to replace the battery an hour later. A++ customer service!

As soon as I open the door, I felt a sense of relief. I immediately had an inviting vibe and I fell right at home.  It felt bright and clean. 

The only disappointment was when we went to go sit down at the fire pit and start the fire. It would not work. It was out of order. We tried everything, and it would not turn on. That was one thing we were looking forward to when we saw there was no pool.

I have stayed here before and it was wonderful. I still like that you barely here your neighbors. The walls are not completely sound proof especially if a person is stomping like the people above me. The washer and dryer is great being able to wash your clothes before checking out.

That the floor was not swept because there was still trash under bed and in kitchen area along the baseboard areas. You could see food crumbs. This happen to me the very first time I stayed here and to have it happen again in the same room. All the times I stayed here I was put in the same room. And now thinking about it, it makes me wonder if this room have a hidden camera. They say you cannot pick which room you want so. I would be careful about this room 3709 I think it was. Also, the people that have moved in since. Not a good crowd I would want to live among.

Location is very good, except in our situation, needing to shuttle family members back and forth to UNC Medical, it was a bit distant. The suite layout, in suite washer/dryer, full kitchen, made up a bit for the inconvenience. Walmart and other stores are very near. Staff is wonderful. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. Couldn't ask for nicer people.

we were greeted by the sweetest front desk gal (Jaclene) and would absolutely stay again just to visit with her again. there are so many great things to say about this property. The building was secure and felt safe the minute you walk in. It was very clean and my friend and I loved having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. we only stayed a couple nights but still loved having a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator.

The staff Barbara was awesome. She was very welcoming, nice and very helpful. The hotel was clean, the room was immaculate. Everything was well stocked. It had everything we needed in the room. There was a washer and dryer with detergent and softener.

I didn't like the person in the room above us that was stomping and running all through the day and night until about 1am both nights and started again around 7am.

It was a beautiful hotel. Rooms were spacious, kitchen was beautiful. Up to date appliances were nice and made everything feel so bright!

The tub looked like it needed to be cleaned, there was a wasps nest forming on the balcony so we didn’t really use it. Something was spilled on the floor next to the bed and wasn’t cleaned.

The apartment had everything in it you needed to feel at home, even a full-sized washer and dryer . Everything looked new and clean. We were even able to open the windows a little to get some fresh air. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and professional.

The shower water pressure was weak and the showerhead was fixed to the wall, not a sprayer type. The air condtioning was noisy and would wake us up when it switched on at night. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.
