Property seemed rather new / well maintained and very clean. Love having the bigger refrigerator and lots of space. It was great to have the Digital Key on my phone, and this time I was able to share it with others, where as in the past I would have to get a physical key.

Would be nice to have at least clean towel service daily. Apparently Housekeeping came to do a deep clean on Day 2, which was not expected, but we left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door so did not get the service.

Super comfortable beds - large clean rooms - super helpful, kind, friendly staff. one of the only hotels in the area with a 24 hours shuttle.

Initial communication could have been better - I sent an email about the shuttle / our dog (which they acknowledged when we arrived), but no reply. says on the web site that they are pet friendly, but couldn’t see the cost anywhere (FYI - it’s $70 cleaning fee).

The indoor pool was large and heated - the main reason I picked this hotel. Our room was very large and clean and comfortable. An electric shade wasn't working when we got in the room but it didn't take long for someone to come and fix it.I

I don't recall being disappointed with anything and would stay there again.

Location and price.

There were some minor issues with the room - shade would not stay up, garbage disposal made noise and the shower door was crooked which made the water get on the floor. We worked around those issues so it didn’t lower my experience with the property.

Location to where we had to cisit.was food. Being able to check in early was very convenient.

We noticed some water had be spilled on the floor.in entry. When we wiped it up looked as though had been cleaned for several days. As though dust and dirt was coating most flat surfaces.

Overall, the room was very nice, great staff, and close to everything for our family to visit.

The breakfast was not great. At the times we came there was nothing to make waffles and coffee was not available.

I loved the location, clean and beautiful hotel. There is a super Walmart a couple streets over. Fast access to the freeway and safe neighborhood. Staff was amazing! will be back to stay again:) Room 138 was on the bottom floor right next to the pool. The best location for a family of young kids.

This is hard, hotel is great! Maybe better breakfast selection and bacon and eggs.

Hotel met all expectations. Pool was amazing, breakfast had lots of good options, room was clean and spacious Perfect stay for us for our daughters dance competition at the Durham convention center

Received wonderful service when we arrived. Staff greeted us with a smile and were very helpful in explaining how to get to our room, as well as the additional accommodations offered. Breakfast was great, multiple options available. Clean, friendly, and comfortable place to stay.

The location was excellent.

The facility needed more insulation. It was difficult to sleep because of the sounds coming from other rooms.
