I have to say that they welcome I received by front desk was exceptional. The woman had all my notes from my booking and accommodated each and every one. We spent the whole day wearing them out in the pool, and that lovely courtyard was exactly what I needed to be able to relax. I honestly could not recommend it enough to anyone and we will be back again next year for certain.

I couldnt fault a single thing, I absolutely loved every moment of our stay. Thank you so much to all of your wonderful team members for such a brilliant stay!

The room was brand new and nicely designed. You can still smell the new carpet laid! Loved it!

A minor delay checking in and a slight mishap with my room but both were handled with professionalism and courtesy. The staff was great. Breakfast selections could use some improvement however. There was no fresh fruit selections and no bacon. Only bananas and a few old oranges.

Hotel staff, the size of the room, breakfast, pool area - all amazing! Rooms are spacious, great for families. Breakfast includes hot items. They don't rush you and will replenish items if people are still eating. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. We stay here every time we're in Durham.

I miss when they had the hypoallergenic rooms with the filters.

The floors need to be more sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and every footstep in the room above was disturbing. Please exercise the noise policy at night.

The staff, breakfast, amenities (heated indoor pool, jacuzzi), beds, adequate linens, room was clean, very nice size. The room was very affordable and worth the price. The staff was sooo friendly and accommodating, and I truly appreciate how helpful they were.

Loved that the offered hot breakfast and an indoor heated pool!!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They had flavored water and coffee and trail mix out all the time which was a nice addition. The guy at the desk who helped with accommodations was super helpful.

I wish the hot tub was open!!!! They were waiting for the city to come approve/inspect it so no one was allowed in. I froze in the pool even after exercise so the hot tub would have been super nice

The property was located in an office park but a short drive to downtown Durham. Our first floor room had nice, high ceilings. The queen suite was perfect for our family of 5. There is a paved walking trail around the complex about a 2.5 mile loop. The free breakfast was a draw for my 3 preteen children as was the pool. A short drive to Durham made a great landing pad for our family trip.

Friendly staff, especially Katie. She's amazing 👏. Loves the cleanliness of the hotel and the policy that is inplace now that no one can enter your room unless you requested service. ❤ I was there for 6 days and the peacefulness was very welcoming. Would I recommend 🤔 yes I will 👌. Very satisfied with the location and the price 😀.

When arriving at the hotel, the exterior looks exceptional👌 but as you enter the doors my I had to wonder if I'm in the right place because it looks a bit old and dingy. The decors needs to be updated also the carpets. The breakfast was just ok. Everyday was the same thing. I think you should incorporate additional items to the breakfast menu. I don't drink coffee and on the first day I had black tea but after that there was nothing else. I asked for tea and you were out of tea by the following day. So I had only the plain hot water 🔥 to drink because I cannot drink cold juice in the morning, it will make me sick.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean kept at all time. I enjoyed the pool area and the cleanliness of it. You able to soak in hot pool.

Very over price bottle of wine. I had guests that was over my room 218 that was very noisy and walking very hard on the floor. The last part of my stay.

the fact that hotels are no longer doing daily cleanings. I’m not sure if it’s due to short staff or still COVID related. bug whrn i tracrr we l I enjoy s made bed anc clean towels everyday
