The staff here was exceptional! Nicole and LaDonna went above and beyond to assure we were well taken care of. And a shout out to Shannon, the maintenance man. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast surpassed my expectations. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. The options were plentiful. There is nowhere else we would stay when we go back to Eden. Thank you all.

It was awesome to have a breakfast bar again with bagels and fresh fruit. They also had avocado which I thought was a nice addition. Everything was fresh and the fruit was individually packaged which I really liked. Did not use the pool but it was very well taken care of.

The only thing I thought could have been better is same in all hotels - the towels should be a little bigger for bath size and the smaller ones large enough to wrap around your head lol.

Not a bad little hotel for work. clean rooms, decent towels, pretty quiet and the staff are excellent. Everyone I interacted with listened and seemed like they wanted to be there...odd for the times we are in.

Had some problems with the ac while I was there, but the ladies at the desk and the maintenance guy was on it and called me to verify my problem so he could fix it.

It was clean in the room and bathroom. The pool and area were clean and pleasant.

We thought the breakfast was until 1000 but when we went in at 0920, we were told it ended at 0900. Suggest it remain open until 1000.

Clean, easy access, close to gas stations and retail store. Staff was wonderful. Cassandra at the front desk was amazing. She was helpful, friendly and very pleasant. She made checking in and breakfast worth our stay. Breakfast was great and a wide variety to choose from. 5 star

You could hear the tv and people talking in next room. Also hear the people above us walking around in their room.

The hotell was very quiet and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was ok, breakfast room very clean. Coffee always available.

I had some concerns about security when I signed in to wifi. I got repeated alarms on my laptop.

The size of the room and the location of the hotel

The humidity and smell in the room. I felt like the filter on the air conditioning unit needed to be changed.

We arrived right in the middle of a huge storm and while getting to the room we left our keys in the locked car. It was a Sat night and we tried calling numerous places to come unlock the car. None responded. Ron, the night manager, was very helpful but when we told him we couldn't get anyone to respond, he literally called AAA on his personal account and they promised to send someone in about 30 min. Sadly and surprisingly to both Ron and us, AAA couldn't reach anyone either. It was an extraordinary gesture and effort on Ron's part. We were so impressed how he went the extra mile. All was worked out the next day and we left knowing that Baymont has an extraordinary employee in Ron. Thank you Ron!

The staff was kind of courteous room is always clean front desk people were very kind and very helpful continental breakfast was very good only wish the pool was open. I have no complaints except maybe pricing everybody’s on a budget nowadays. Thank you for your service.

This was a GREAT hotel, that blasted through what we expected it to be! A home run!

Nothing really, outside of the fact that we had a little trouble getting fresh towels.
