We checked in around 9 p.m., about 20 min after I booked the hotel, and the staff was super friendly and efficient. The lobby was clean, the elevator was clean, and our room was immaculate. We were only there for the night on our way from MD to GA, but we ordered pizza for dinner and I forgot to ask the pizza place for plates & napkins and the front staff didn't even hesitate to offer us some when we asked. We slept well that night, rooms are quiet with the door shut, and it was nice having a balcony to go out on after a really long day on the road. I accidentally booked an accessible room, so our shower was wheelchair accessible which honestly was pretty cool because there was a lot of room!! Bathroom was super clean, beds were fluffy & clean, and it was just a really great stay. Oh!! And breakfast was really good.. lots of options!! 😊

We liked everything. I did have to answer a funny question from my 8 year old when she heard our across the hall neighbor having a verrrry good time. No worries, we could only hear them if we were in the hallway, lol. I hope they gave you a great review *side eye winky face*

Location is beautiful, the view from the hotel and our room was perfect. The breakfast in the morning exceeded my expectations. There were plenty options and the coffee was delicious. This hotel by far exceeded my expectations.

It was a little noisy at night. I'm assuming the walls were a little thin because you can easily hear the noise in the hallway and the opening and shutting of doors early in the morning and late at night.

We had a very good stay while visiting family. The front desk was friendly and courteous. The rooms were comfy and clean. The restaurant had very good food ( freshing and nice). Will definitely stay again if needed in the future. The morning breakfast was very good as well.Easy to get around to outside restaurants and shopping. The mall was right around the corner.

Like the Hotel very comfortable and clean. The only thing was the television the signal was not good and the channels kept going in and out and ABC couldn't see it at all

It was very combiner and had an adjoining restaurant. Very nice after a long drive.

Electrical outlets in the bathroom sink and the outer sink did not allow me to plug in my hair dryer. Bad design.

Delivered on expectations. Not fancy, but very well kept and clean, in good repair, and even though it was almost completely booked, it was very quiet. Plenty of USB ports, bed comfortable. Staff was courteous.

It has a beautiful location at the top of a hill and has a very nice Mexican Restaurant attached to the hotel as well as other restaurants and shopping very close by. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and accommodating and everything was clean and fresh. The whole building was in great condition and modern looking. I plan to return to this hotel the next time I go to Danville,VA.

I wish the breakfast was better but that is because of COVID-19 restrictions. Maybe when I return they will be able to serve their breakfast buffet again. The breakfast was enough though. Some hotels stopped serving breakfast completely.

Location was good. Some bacon would have been nice. Otherwise the breakfast was good. The room was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

The vending machine on my floor did not work.

Breakfast was poor. More choices, more eggs up until 10 am. Also, too much salt on eggs. Would have liked to have bacon, in addition to sausage. Gravy for biscuits would have been excellent. All food was cold. Tub leaked water out.
