great location near the river walk for exercise and a view of something other than streets. breakfast was warm unlike some places where its not...and it was helpful to be served early. really appreciated the helpful front desk. we added to our reservation at the last minute getting a room for our nephew and all worked out well.

wishing there could just be a 1/2 and 1/2 creamer metal tin rather than waste plastic. anyway to use recycled items rather than add to the plastic problem is helpful. more recycling defined so people know where to put things would be great!

The breakfast was good. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in especially for a hotel. Honestly it was overall better than the Hilton I’ve stayed in. I would stay again if I ever travel that way again.

No bags in the trash cans. I always find that weird. Also the elevator was a bit slow.

The stay was great overall! I am older so I always check out at the desk (old habit). When I stepped up to the desk the was an individual standing there. I told her I was ready to check out. She looked me in the eye and didn't acknowledge me. A few minutes later another team member stepped up to assist me. She was very pleasant and friendly. I am not sure what the first person's role was, but perhaps a refresher class on customer service is in order! The rest of the staff were awesome!!

The location was excellent. I liked my room. Breakfast was well prepared with a wide variety of food. I was very pleased.

I would have liked a nightlight. Also the toilet handle had to be held down to complete a flush.

Both the location and breakfast were very good. The food was well prepared and the workers were very courteous. The hotel was close to the place that I was visiting.

The housekeeper found my IPad in room I had checked out of and turned it into front desk who called me and I was able to return and pick it up. GREAT HONESTY!!!

Overall things were pretty good. This language barrier really amazes me. How did the helpers get hired if they didn’t understand English? Sad.

The employee at the front desk was extremely rude. She was there to check me in. I understand that they do not allow locals. I no longer live in this city and was in town for a very special event. She was extremely rude about my drivers license having a po box from said city. She also rudely informed me that she would take my money but that if I didn't have my license updated I would never be able to stay there again.

the young lady who prepared the breakfast was just excepitonal and offered a great start up meal with the greatest smile and personality. sorry ive forgotten her name but she made it an exceptional stay

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. Possibly the best Holiday Inn Express we've ever stayed at.
