Hampton Inn and Suites Fayetteville, NC

The location and the name brand were the reasons for our choice and it did not disappoint. We are headed from PA to FL for a month and wanted an well located hotel so we could get off 95 for the night and get back on with no fuss. But we were extra pleased for a very comfortable bed, a nice shower (could be a little stronger), a nice seating area and able to watch Netflix. Breakfast is always a bonus when traveling. Thank you

Shower could be a little stronger. Nothing else

We have stayed at this location several times and have always been very happy. Beds are comfortable (4 pillows too), rooms are clean, staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Love the convenience of having the shampoo/conditioner and body wash already stocked in the shower. Booking through Priceline makes it much more affordable.

Ok, there was variety, but the same as everywhere else. Staff were friendly

The room was lovely, well appointed. However, a family with small children was in the room above ours. The children ran around, jumped and made a ton of noise! I have no problem with children, I love them and families, but for future put families on the ground floor!

Front desk and housekeeping staff were very pleasant, and greeted me without hesitation. Room was comfortable and plenty of seating available.

Food left under desk from previous guests, and was not cleaned up by housekeeping. Ended up picking up myself and throwing away.

Breakfast was great. The customer service was terrible the young lady that checked me in was very rude. When she gave me my check in keys they fell on the floor I think she was trying to avoid touching my hand. She didn’t apologize or or anything. I was very upset about that. Overall the the room stay cleanliness was Fantastic.

The hotel was easily accessible from the highway. The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and patient. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy.

There was a lot of noise from surrounding rooms. The hotel was very full, so that's to be somewhat expected. But the guests above my room, in particular, made a lot of noise just walking around.

Breakfast needs improvement and with some work it can reach the same level of the rest of the experience. So at this time in my opinion Breakfast was below expectations for the price paid.

The quality of the Breakfast was less and not equal to the rest of the service provided. The amount of food being cooked and served was not enough for the amount of people that were waiting for Breakfast.

Very clean, warm, modern, and spacious. The front desk staff were very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Our pet dog was welcomed. The free included breakfast was pretty good -- the highlight being a make-it-yourself waffle station (with two choices of waffle mix, regular and cinnamon raison).

My check in went very smoothly. And the head desk suggested I take one of the freshly baked cookies. My room was totally COVID protected. From the remote in plastic to the seals on the bathroom facilities indicating they had cleaned between occupants. It was my first travel experience since COVID. The breakfast was amazing how they set it up that people could social distance and have access to hot full breakfast. Providing plastic gloves for all guests for when they get their food. Check out process went smoothly and lots of coffee available!

We were so impressed with the hotel. Easy on and off highway.Breakfast was excellent.Staff was very friendly.Heading back to Florida in August will definitely stay here again. Bathroom was beautiful love the shower.

I wish your hotels were pet friendly.This will probably be our last stay as we are getting a new fur baby.Hamptpn Inn would be our 1st cloice.
