Mt. Rose Hotel

Room layout, with everything accessible and conveniently located. The front desk clerk worked with me through several telephone calls to make sure I could check in after midnight, after being in two traffic delays totaling more than an hour.

Slight inconvenience of location being ten minutes off I-95.

Great place for a quick stay. Very reasonably priced. Very clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The check in desk closes at midnight but we arrived about 2:30AM. I called the phone number on the door for late check ins. The man was very nice getting us taken care of. I was afraid they might be annoyed with it being so late, but he was so kind.

The pillows weren’t awesome. The water pressure was alright. For a quick 2-night stay, this was no big deal to us. The location was mostly great. Locals told us about 3 miles down the road, it’s a rough part of town. We didn’t have any negative experiences here though.

I was looking for a hotel near I-95, that was safe, clean, and comfortable at an affordable price since I only needed rest stop. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and new look. I checked in around 11pm, the front desk clerk was very sweet and informed me the front door would be locked at midnight which I appreciate it since I was traveling alone. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with black-out curtains. The hotel also offered toiletries, coffee, and vending machine. Honestly, if you are a woman, traveling alone, & need to stop for a few hours sleep, this hotel will not disappoint! Upon checkout the front desk staff was also very sweet.

The water pressure was a little weak.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and comfortable. The Avalanche beat the Oilers 8 to 6 which is a few more goals than I'm use to seeing in a hockey game.

The location is none descript. It is conveniently located across from the area if you are attending an event there. We are fond of walking and it's not a good walking location at the meeting of a couple of busy intersections. Don't be confused by the do not enter sign in the median heading south on business 95 unless you are on the wrong side of the median. The lobby coffee isn't available until after 8:00 which is inconvenient for early risers.

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was a great price and the beds were comfortable for the one night we spent there on our way home from Florida. Even though it wasn't centrally located to 95, there were places to eat in the Walmart shopping mall and BBQ places a few streets away

The hotel itself was great but the location was not really close to 95 maybe 10 minutes away from it. It was also hard to get to off 301 main road so just be aware and keep your eyes out for the left turn you have to make into the parking lot.

Clean quiet comfortable room with everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds! All the conveniences of most corporate owned hotels, with the exception of breakfast services, for about half the cost of a typical overnight stay. Excellent A/C that ran almost silently without directing the air flow over your head while sleeping. ( this is a common complaint I have with almost all room A/C units) Also we had the best fresh brewed coffee ready for us in the lobby. Would like to see more places like this in every state we travel through! Great experience.

Beautiful exterior and interior cleanliness. Staff was very pleasant and friendly.

I ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED MY STAY & WILL DEFINITELY RETURN AGAIN MOST DEFINITELY. The only issue was that it wasn't made clear of the length of time of my stay. Overall my stay, the staff, cleanliness, area, & oh the beds were excellent everything was perfect. I wish I had those mattresses to bring home, I slept great. I give a 10+

This is my favorite hotel to stay at! I have stayed here a few times and my experiences have been wonderful every time! The lady at the front desk was very nice and was quick to change my room because of the tv not working. Hotel and rooms are very clean and does not reek of stale cigarette smoke!! I will always return here when I need a night or two away!

If I had to say anything, it would be that there are no microwaves in the rooms, but there is one at the ends of the hallways that are also clean.

The staff was exceptional!!... I informed the office that I would be arriving on the morning of check out and not the day of check in... they were happy to accommodate my check in time and actually called me en route to double check my arrival time as to have my room ready once I arrived... the room was very clean with up to date furnishings and linens... more than happy with my stay...I would highly recommend and will definitely book again coming through Fayetteville!

This hotel is quite distinctive for its peaceful atmosphere, absolute cleanliness, clean smell, and the personal attention guests receive from every member of staff. It is indeed a hidden gem. The rooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean with a fresh, clean smell, small fridge, writing desk with comfortable chair, and adequate space for luggage and clothing. Lamps and other lighting options enhance the decor. The beds are super comfortable and sanitary.

This hotel has carved out a place for itself in an area that leaves much to be desired. However, there are interior and exterior cameras everywhere, and a well lit parking that gives one a sense of safety.
