Baymont by Wyndham Forest City

It was ok. They offered waffles and toast and muffins. It might have been nice to have some fresh fruit options. They had 2 different types of cereals, and they were fresh.

Maybe some fresh fruit might have been nice. I apprreciated the flavored creamer for the coffee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The staff was able to accommodate my family with a first floor room as we requested which was very nice of them! My family felt safe in the room we were in.

I had no clue that they charge $20 for a pet fee. I called to ask them prior and I got told that there was not one. $20 is not bad so it was alright. My family got a double bed room and I felt like the beds were not so comfortable.

The staff was wonderful and courteous. The room we stayed in was remodeled. The lady at the front desk was very helpful to us. Their continental breakfast was good too.

The fitness center was used for storage so we couldn't work out.

Kiosk check in went ok, however kiosk check out was a train wreck. We had to wait over half hour for a system reboot to check out. Cleaning staff was helpful during this time. Also pillows in room were way too small.

I don't think there was any breakfast offered. If there was, we weren't told about it when we checked-in. The room is nice, and good for a night's sleep.

We couldn't come in to the lobby due to concerns about Covid, yet staff wasn't wearing masks. There were items in our rooms, that during this pandemic shouldn't have been there -- note pad, pen, Bible, phone book. I didn't know if the remote had been cleaned, so I sprayed it with Lysol. The tub and toilet had burn marks on them from someone smoking in the room, even though it was a non-smoking room. Every time we go to this hotel, we request a lower level (there's no elevator), and every time we get stuck on the 2nd floor.

It was right on town close to stores we could get anything at that we forgot. And having a decent breakfast at the hotel is always a plus.

Breakfast was interesting, but not comparable to hot traditional. But I didn't expect it to be. Room was clean. Front deck staff very pleasant, much better than I thought. Very good value.

Motel was on a hill with no space to park or turn around a truck or vehicle with a trailer. Challenging when you drive a pick up with a trailer.

The staff is very cordial, the hotel is located close to a Walmart, you can just walk there. The room is clean, bed is comfortable

When I checked in, my room had a strong smell of weed, which made me sick. The staff cleaned and did the best they could, but they couldn't find me a room to move to because they were at their capacity.
