Very clean rooms. The staff was friendly. The desk manager was able to recommend several good places to eat.

We came as friends and wanted to use the lounge area to sit and talk. There was a large number of basketball players staying at the hotel, the staff closed the lounge area at night and only the basket ball players could eat from 7-8AM. I paid full price for a hotel stay and I should have had FULL access. Had I known that hotel was only catering to one group of guests, I would have chosen a different location.

indoor pool for the kids breakfast was very good. breakfast lady was extremely nice and made sure everything was full, she also asked if you were done or needed anything else before closing the kitchen.

The air conditioner in the room wasn't the best. The thermostat was reading 68 degrees, but it wasn't 68 degrees in the room. It kept shutting off. We got up several times during the night to turn it back on.

This location was perfect for us as it was only 10 minutes from the family we were in the area to visit. If you are visiting Spartanburg or Greenville, this is a good hotel to stay at. The room we had was a really nice size and was appointed nicely. The draw for us, aside from location, was the indoor pool. We really enjoyed the pool. The available continental breakfast was nice. The food selection was not as great as some places we've stayed previously, but that was pre-Covid and this could be the new normal. If it's not enough for you, there are plenty of other options for food nearby.

The biggest issue we had was that the mattress in our room had two permanent dips in it. One of them was quite large at maybe 6 inches deep. That mattress is definitely overdue for replacement. A minor quibble, but worth mentioning, is that there are not a lot of channels available on the tv. The only other issue is the amount of freeway noise we could hear inside. Yes, the hotel is quite near the freeway, but it still seemed louder than it should have been. A room on the back side of the hotel would likely not have this issue. Also, running the air conditioner might completely cover up the noise.

The breakfast was GREAT, it was a whole buffet each morning.The location was perfect.Quiet and very clean.

The only thing I could really say negatively was there wasn't enough towels in the pool area.Luckily we brought down some from our room.

I like the name. I can generally get a good room with a good price whenever I stay.

My AC would not stay on and I woke up to black particles on the chaise near the unit. I found that the unit was filthy and it was blowing these black particles on the chaise and my daughter’s roll away that was nearby as she slept!! I took pics, it was in desperate need of cleaning! ☹️

Room was spacious and breakfast was surprisingly good! Enjoyed the coffee.

Couldn't just enter facility without key so checking in required me to be "buzzed in". Found that odd and not reassuring that the location was very good.

We were passing through on our way home from vacation. The staff was amazing. The sweetest man checked us in when we arrived. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

Checking in and out was simple and staff were kind. The room was clean, bed slept comfortably, and breakfast was great.

I did not like the odor of the carpet; you can tell that it needs to be cleaned.
