Convenient area for my stay which was across the street from the Sheraton four seasons where the workshop was held very quiet for me to rest thx

Hot breakfast will be better frozen sandwiches not good TV selections was no good need to consider better stations heater/air conditioner too loud had to cut it off to sleep other then that okay

I reserved a "pet-friendly" room, but was not told by booking.com that there was a $30 non-refundable pet fee, so my plans had to change once I checked in. The hotel also had a $100 deposit on the room(which I completely understand) but it was also not mentioned at the time of my reservation.

Nice looking, clean all around, great reception and common areas, comfortable rooms, beds, shower - all for such excellent value! Although 2 floors were motel style rooms with entrances in external hallways, the third floor does have internal corridors which is where we requested as no different to any standard hotel. Really caught off guard in a very positive way as had poor experiences in other places which oversold and underperformed whereas Ramada definitely undersold and truly over-delivered! Location was good, shops, restaurants and large mall nearby, Excellent budget stay overall .. !

Only negative comment if any was that the staff weren’t aware of nearest shuttle which nearly deterred us from booking - yet the shuttle was from a neighbouring hotel so pleasantly surprised again!

I liked the way they addressed my situation. Went to the front desk and explained that the room wasn't cleaned and she apologized and gave me another room immediately. When I called about the television they sent maintenance services right away. He was unable to get it to work so they brought a whole brand new television and put it on the wall!!

I opened the door to my room and it hadn't been cleaned. I was given another room but when I got to that room the television didn't work. The breakfast wasn't good at all. Maybe it could have been better if there would have been something HOT on the menu.

First off, I was greeted by a wonderful front desk attendant who listened to me vent about my trouble with traveling earlier. She was so kind and wonderful to talk to. Next, I really enjoyed the updates done to the rooms and lobby.

It just seemed like some updates weren’t completed. Some things were broken or not working as well with the bathroom.

all was well they even cleaned the room.

All was ok but I went to book again for my trip in October but the new price went from 399 to 765. Not acceptable.

I loved Roberta she was the best made me and my family feel so at home we came from York Pennsylvania to Greensboro North Carolina for my son graduation thank to Roberta we had a great time and really enjoyed are selfs thank you Roberta

it was not to busy. I want to do a extra thankyou to Roberta. She was the sweetest lady and we had great conversation! made me feel like home!!

that the pool wasn’t working

Great location. I was centrally located to all the main attractions of Greensboro. Restaurants and shopping were all in walking distance. The bed was most comfortable.

Nothing. Everything was great!

That staff was super nice and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and it was quiet.

The outlet at the sink didn't work but there were plenty of other outlets i could use. The shower head didn't work all the greatest but was still able to get the job done.
