great location, beautiful gardens, nice breakfast. Rooms are updated, clean, and pleasant. Coffee and fruit water available in the lobby was a really nice touch.

The HVAC system in the rooms seems to be very old, and it's LOUD. Woke me up every time it came on all night long. Same for the elevator. Our room was on the other side of the lobby from the elevator, but it too is super loud, woke me up every time someone used it during the night. Not the end of the world, and I realize that these are not easy or cheap problems for the hotel to fix. I'd stay here again, and I probably will, because everything else was superb. Just wasn't a very restful night.

Room was spacious, clean, well appointed, with comfortable beds. The patio and pool area are beautiful and the location could not be better. The hot breakfast was also very good.

Covid was over two years ago for most of America. Lingering protocols seem silly. Also, the hotel pulled $50 from my credit card for "incidentals" or damage. As of four days after my stay that had not been returned. Why do you need to do this if you have a valid card (with thousands in limit) on file?

The breakfast was very good and was at a good time. The flowers were very pretty!

We were on the second floor of the annex with a broken elevator. We were not told about this until the morning of our arrival. We are old and it is very difficult to lug everything up the stairs. We were there 4 days and saw no repairmen! The carpet on the stairs needs to be replaced. The handicap bars in the tub were not in the right place for people taking a bath! There was no maid service during our visit and towels and coffee were only replenished by request.

It was beautiful to walk around. they had ducks that you could feed on the little pond. there were little waterfalls and bridges to walk over them. That was really nice for the kids. The rooms were very spacious. And most of all the room was extremely clean! I have to commend whoever cleaned the hotel rooms, they did a phenomenal job. the sun room was neat to check out and open up during the morning. The fireplace was very nicely laid out and sized appropriately to warm the room without making it a total sauna. The breakfast included in the stay was very nice. also we could have walked to downtown blowing rock if we wanted to. it would be a trek uphill, but it was very close to downtown.

(I did not use the pool or workout room)The pool entry was a bit strange, may want to consider putting a code door on the exterior of the building. The workout room was small and in a bit of a strange place, but again I didn’t use it, just walked to it to see. There were a few minor repairs the room needed: small chip in the tub floor, there was a panel of glass in the sunroom connected to the room that was cracked like a spider web, but it did not break into the room. I was concerned for the kids being around it, but it seemed stable enough. The A/C for the hallway and stairs of the annex building did not work (they opened the windows and the mountain air did the job well). The elevator in the annex did not work. while that’s not a big deal for our family, it may be for some.

Great location, right in the cute town of Blowing Rock, but tucked back off the main street. Very comfortable rooms, nice updated decorating in both the room and bathroom, comfy beds. Availed ourselves of the bottomless coffee pots in the lobby, as well as the Keuring with Starbucks in the room. Our grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool. One of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had, in a lovely dining room with tablecloths. Staff was always pleasant and efficient.

When We Got There. Crumbs On The Floor With Alot Of Ants We Had To Kill. Something Sticky On The End Table That Had Ants. There Were Black Hairs In The Sink. This Was Our Fifth Time Staying And Never Had a Issues With Cleanliness Before. Was Very Disappointed In That. Room Just Didn't Look Like It Had Been Cleaned. It Was July 4th So Help May Have Been Slim.

great location! very close to shopping places, and restaurants. only 5 or 10 mins away from Walmart if needed. and a lot of restaurants to choose from. staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Bathroom was amazing, living area in room were very comfy and relaxing. same with patio.

walls are paper thin, people upstairs and to the side of ur room will keep u awake. Bed mattress was super thin and uncomfortable, same with pillows.

We were checked in and filled in on all information as needed. The room was set up perfectly with all amenities able to use. And everything was even more beautiful then expected from pictures, a perfect family or couples retreat!

I wish that the breakfast could have had a few more options, they had most of the same things everyday like the sausage, it wasn’t the best and I expected it to be a different meat the next day and it wasn’t.

Location is perfect to walk to the main street and restaurants. Breakfast was warm and good and had a variety each morning. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The pool area was clean and big. My son enjoyed the pool very much. We would stay here again for sure.

A few small stains on bedding but it smelled clean. The neighbor had his TV up all night but we turned up the air conditioner the next night and couldn't hear it.

I loved the location of the property. Nearly everything is within a 10min walk from Meadowbrook Inn. The free breakfast was great as well. The private pool was pretty fun as well, though I wish it was a little deeper. Everything in the room, balcony and private pool was exceptionally clean.

The towels could have been a bit softer and less abrasive. The walls of the room are a bit thin to which I can hear people’s conversations and any other activities they are having at 3 in the morning. The price of the room could have been about 5-10 percent cheaper adding great value to the stay
