The staff was amazing, courteous and informative.

When we got to the hotel, the room was 87 degrees. We had to turn on the ac and go done to the lobby for 45 minutes to let the room cook. As this was a scheduled check-in, it might be advantageous to turn the ac on in rooms 1-2 hours before check in times.

Location was perfect for a flight into Raleigh, visiting in Raleigh, visiting at Campbell University (Buies Creek), two trips to Fayetteville/Fort Bragg, and a return flight out of Raleigh.

The breakfast bar was minimal: microwave sausage biscuits, corn flakes, raisin bran and cheerios; etc. The coffee (available 24 hours) was excellent. The shower control was goofy, above the control was a sticker "WATER CONTROLS ARE REVERSED. HOT IS COLD AND COLD IS HOT" and yes, that's the way it was. The hand shower had one location: six feet above the shower floor. The bracket on the adjustable lower position was missing. Also, there was no shelf for my razor, soap, shampoo/conditioner.

Very nice breakfast set up - could have had larger coffee cups. Great small conference room and easy in and out. Staff very engaging and helpful - needed more towels and no soap in the room, but liked the facility.

Pillows were about the worst I have seen in a hotel - one very good on top of three that were extremely lumpy.

Smoking still allowed in this facility, it really needs to go! Although non smoking rooms and floors- u can still smell it through property. Beds and pillows not comfortable- need upgrades

The room was great and was comfortable. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept.

The rooms are paper-thin. You can hear the neighbors. You can also hear the patrons upstairs walking around and stuff being moved around. You can hear the shower and toilet flushing from the other rooms.

Thin walls. I asked for 3rd floor so it would Be quiet. Was told it was gonna happen. When I arrived I got the end room on ground floor - next to stairs, exterior door (which was opened and closed loudly all night) and bar next door was also a bit loud but that can’t be helped. How thin are the walls that I was awakened by the neighbors storing even with the white noise app on my phone being used.

Location was great, staff was very nice and helpful. Good ice machine, breakfast, and the coffee was really delicious!

There were stains on my sheet, but the staff was very kind and replaced them right away.

I didn’t have breakfast but I saw that it was fully stocked and available. The hotel was very clean and so were the rooms and the beds were comfortable. This is my second time staying here and I would recommend to others.

The location was great. It was very close to the school where my sister goes and right down the street was a nice shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants.

Everything was great. There was nothing to not like about the hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean.

The reveption was great. Room neat was clean. Very close to college.

Breakfast was okay at best. Only one plug in room to charge phones. It was worn and I had trouble keeping my charger pluged in. Also need a shelf or table by the plug
