Sleep Inn & Suites Spring Lake - Fayetteville Near Fort Liberty

Great location for me. Easy to find.

Only fruit for bfast were some brown and ugly bananas.

We liked the actual room. It was clean, looked nice. The staff were fantastic and helpful! That was really refreshing! Also loved the option to get items needed in room without having full room service.

The room was a bit small for the 4 of us. I tried to get a Suite instead but it wasn't available. The beds also weren't as comfortable as I hoped and double is not big enough. Getting to the hotel from where we were going was a little annoying at first.

We stopped by late in the evening, but there were no problems with checking in. The staff was very hospitable. They explained everything to us and answered all our questions. Also, the room was clean and there were no foreign odors. There was a very delicious breakfast, breakfast is served according to the buffet system. I also know that I have a swimming pool, it's a pity that we couldn't swim in it. Since we left early.

There was a stain on my bed linen, and it is probably possible to update the towels. They were clean, but you can see that they were tired. And add more vegetables to the breakfast menu. And I also don't like the fact that they take a deposit.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff very friendly and I love the fact that I requested to have both rooms close and rollaway beds and they replied back which usually don't get a reply back from other hotels. Everything was ready when we got there.

Wish they had more to do around the location for kids maybe and arcade game room since the location there isn't anything. The breakfast was good but, eggs were very watery and it's the same each day we were there. The hours should be extended for those that like to wake up a little later.

The personnel Is super professional and careful. On this regard i want to mention the guy at the reception, Chase, Who Is Always very nice and ready to help. the rooms are well furnished, clean, the bed Is comfortable, bathroom Is very good with a big shower, the hotel in general Is very clean and smells good in all the areas and everything Is tidy and nice. Breakfast Is good, could be Better on the hot meals but it's Just fine and you have fruit and hot drinks available all day.

The Gym. Just a few machines and Little space.

I really liked that the room was clean and I saw cleaning staff cleaning rooms. Also, I thought that the staff was very kind and courteous to their guests, which is a plus for me to return to stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites.

The breakfast was fine in general but not a lot of gluten free choices for a celiac. Some fresh fruit would have been greatly appreciated. I mean more than a banana and green apples. The facility was nice and our room clean. I missed having a table but it was still fine.

The lock to the room was faulty. I actually got locked in the room twice and we were daily trying to get a key that would get us in. On the last night they changed our room which was very nice and even helped us move our stuff. I'd stay there again.

the hotel has small, relatively quiet with very clean rooms - ideal to make a stop during a trip - it is 17 miles drive from I-95 south, but much closer to get to I-95 North. The breakfast was also included in the price of the room. The room itself had a fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.

There is not many places where you can eat after 7 pm. And the door to the bathroom did not close, which is not the most convenient thing to have in the room, honestly

first morning breakfast was excellent I believe it was the 7th & 8th of July, women who took on kitchen duty for the day was awesome, after that everything was a disaster wasn’t enough of most things for breakfast not sure if it was due to shortage or if it was the workers.

Cleanliness and a pleasant staff. The bed I slept in was extremely comfortable. I stayed an extra night to sleep. My affairs were taken care of but I paid simply to sleep on such a comfortable bed.

Guest loitering 5ft from the entrance smoking. Cigarette smoke impacts others around it regardless if they partake in it. A set smoking station could help remedy that.
