Holiday Inn Lumberton, an IHG Hotel

We had 4 adults and were only allowed a breakfast for 2 adults. That should have been explained.

Booking.com sent a confirmation and stated the rate for the room with tax was $146.84. According to Holiday Inn records Bookin.com stated a rate of $139.95 plus tax equaling $158.15. However Holiday Inn charged me $146.84 on July 24 when I checked in and $11.31 when I checked out. Holiday Inn stated on July 26, 2023 that there is nothing they can do since the "error" is with Booking.com

We did not have breakfast. If was a connection drive overnight stay. The Hotel desk clerk receptionist was excellent and very energetic and informative of the hotel amenities and she was extremely polite and kind. She was 5-plus in Customer Service. She made you feel that she appreciated us staying and choosing the Holiday Inn. She offered us to become members of the Holiday Inn for travel and because of her very warming sincere attitude, we signed up, only because of her excellent way of making us feel welcomed. 5-Star Customer Service by the Desk Receptionist. At check out, the staff was very polite and courteous and thank us for staying at the Holiday Inn.

There was no disliked situations. In the bathroom, the body wash dispenser was empty.

The bed was wonderful for me and my son. Especially the pillows. I tried to find the name on a tag so I can purchase them. I couldn't find one. The staff was polite in the hotel. And the room was clean and comfortable.

I loved my stay at Holiday Inn. I was there to lay my mom's remains(she died from covid 4/21/2020) to rest. My dinner at the onsite Denny's was horrible. The food was tasty (the few bites I could manage to eat because it took so long I felt sick), but cold by the time we got it an hour and a half later. The server, "Destiny" flipped on me and my family. The manager "Gina" tried to reason with her to stop screaming at us and apologized for the server's behavior. I paid but was very disappointed in the whole experience. I used to live in Robeson county and was a regular at this Denny's. I was never this disappointed all those past visits.

The bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was big.

The lobby is kind of loud, especially on a Friday/Saturday night - with the Dennys. It seems like a beneficial and unique feature but, it might be worth considering a late-night closing, as opposed to 24 hours.

I like that there's always a friendly face behind the counter and helping me with whatever I need . I like that Denny's is right in the lobby. Too bad the pool was out of service.I had a great time over this year I've stayed there three times going back and forth from Florida to New York.

No pool and service.

Quiet. Close to I-95. Easy check-in. Polite staff. Clean and comfortable.

The TV in the room always turned on to the analog channel instead of the HDMI input the cable box was connected too. Closed Captions were always on and the menu button on the remote was not functioning to turn them off. I was too tired to mess with it. I told the front the desk when I checked out the next morning. They were gracious and apologetic for the inconvenience.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable

The refrigerator was frosted up and no knob to control temperature, no shelf in it either. I called about no temperature and control and the top was thick in ice. He came and looked at it and said he fixed it in 2 minutes and was gone. Plus not much freezer or refrigerator space to put things. Under bed was not vaccuumed, no soap in soap in dispenser in bath tub. Not much sitting space only one chair

The bathrooms had quality Dove products. The rooms were very clean! No bed bugs or any signs of them! Very clean facilities

For the price of the hotel, I was bummed it didn’t have a continental breakfast included. It has Denny’s attached to it and you have to pay for that.

Always clean and great customer service

Denny’s was confused on food orders ppl working it was too new.couldn’t even answer a question about breakfast big hotel staff knew the answer!

Clean rooms, friendly staff, location is next to interstate but still quiet. Breakfast included.

Should give 4 breakfast tickets if you have four guests in the room.
