The front desk attendant was very nice. It was my fiance and I's first time ever booking a hotel together and the man at the desk was very friendly and made our check in easy. Also the room was so clean!!! It smelled nice too and the bed was so soft and comfortable. The pool was also very fun, it was very convenient to have the towels there offered to guests. I enjoyed the small coffee maker in our room too, it was really good coffee and not to mention...breakfast was delicious!!! The waffles were my favorite and there were so many topping options and other breakfast options to choose from. We didn't want to leave.

Nothing, everything was honestly great. I was so happy with my stay here.

Breakfast area and offerings was comfortable and diverse. The buffet was well stocked and appealing. The staff was very hospitable and very helpful.

I can't think of anything more I would have asked for. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The woman who greeted us upon arrival June 30th about 4:30 PM was very helpful. She made us feel welcome and helped with a few questions we had. There was also a woman covering the lobby who had made a fresh pot of coffee which we we were grateful for when leaving at 4:30 AM on July 1. Great reception area staff!

Lenise at the front desk is just an all around great lady. SO helpful. SO professional, hard to find people of that caliber these days. Also, a shout out to Colleen at the front desk. Great ambassadors for this Hampton Inn!

The elevator was out due to a lightning strike but Lenise saved the day! She is totally wonderful.

Hot breakfast was decent consisting of cheese omelet, a meat, potatos, waffle maker. Plenty of round the clock coffee and water for the asking. Room was clean, bed was comfy. Staff was very friendly and quick to offer suggestions on things to do, places to go. Swimming pool was very inviting; bring a swimsuit.

On of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at.. only problem water pressure was not as I like or hot enough but it's not enough to make me not give an excellent review!!

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious. I would not hesitate staying here again. It was easy to get to and in a somewhat quiet area so traffic noise was not an issue.

I enjoyed the quiet. We had a very long night so it was wonderful to be able to check out late. The breakfast was nice and the beds were very comfy.

I think the air conditioner could have used a good cleaning, it was very dusty inside and honestly I think the carpet and bathroom floor could use a good steam clean and clean the middle of the tiles in the bathroom. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. There aren't many hotels in the area and this is definitely the best.

The hotel was clean, open, and inviting. Very busy but well-managed. The rooms were immaculate. We had pets and they had room to play and enjoy themselves.

Not a dislike, but suggest a pancake machine.

Overall, ...a nice stay. Pro's, i encountered 3 women over most of the stay,...alll we're nice, but one reallt stood out. dark hair, hair pulled back, very friendly front desk female. I found the room to be well appointed, and liked the set-up of the room (almost standard)--but space was nice. bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels/washclothes, etc. We were on the main floor this time, which i liked. Room 115. Con; ...only thing i noticed, i felt the carpet needs to be cleaned. You can see where the bed frame shields the carpet and the "pathway" is noticeably dingy. Again, prolly my only con for this stay. I'll def stay there again. I have family in the area and this is my "go-to" hotel.
