We were very pleased with our room and stay. My wife is handicapped with back issues. The large handicap accessible shower was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, lighting was adequate. TV was good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

We did not have any major issues. Being a holiday weekend with a yearly Labor Day flea market event in Hillsville, the price was significantly increased. We have never been 100% happy when motels increase prices because of a holiday or major event in the area.

Most of all: the comfy bed and pillows after a 13 hour drive, it was like slipping into heaven! Friendly staff. Great location right by the highway gas stations and convenience stores next door. Loved the toiletries and nicely bleached towels. Breakfast was good. AC worked well in the room.

The shower could use new caulking and paint around it. But no big deal. Toilet seat was crooked and moving. TV could have a few more channels but again, no big deal! At breakfast: should have omelette without peppers (red and green: not everyone likes them).

The property is nice and well maintained. The gym is small and well equipped for a good workout on a road trip. There’s a park across the street for walking, running, and outdoor exercise. Breakfast was so convenient with many options. The omlettes are delicious!

I have no complaints. I’d love larger coffee cups and richer coffee. If you renovate in the future, vinyl plank flooring would be great in the rooms.

I love this hotel! It has become my go to spot when I travel here. They keep the place clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They keep fruited ice water and fruit in the front for the guests. I also like that, even though they are close to a major and very busy Highway you can’t hear any road noise. Always quiet which is nice! The hotel is actually across the street from an excellent restaurant which I love! 😊♥️👍

Didn’t particularly like my shower head. Couldn’t get it to set on the spray I like. But that really isn’t a big deal for me.

The location was perfect for us, almost exactly the half way point of our trip. Pretty decent access to I-77. Nice, clean facility and comfortable bed. Found a really good Mexican restaurant a few miles from the hotel, There are two with the same name, same owner (we asked our waitress), but the one a little further way looked like better ambiance.

The hotel staff was clueless about the special request I had made for our stay. According to "Booking.com", the request was granted but the hotel staff knew nothing about it. They did honor it and we ultimately got our request. Simple request, we wanted ground floor. We are not spring chickens anymore and using the stairs in case of emergency, difficult. Not sure who dropped the ball?

Proximity off of the expressway and ‘half-way’ish for our trips to Florida are both good for us. The pool and the hot tub have been clean and working for us on every trip. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good for the cost and they have a fruit, water and coffee station set up. What’s not to like?

Breakfast was 10+. Hot (omlett, sausages, biscuits, gravy, waffles). Gentleman serving breakfast was very friendly and courteous. Gave us takeaway bag. We took 2 dole fruit cups and 2 frosted flaked, but there was LOOOOTS to chose from, including fresh fruits. Linda at reception 11:30PM was 10+. She was very kind to take the extra time to search through to find us a quiet room. Room was perfect. She also told us during weekdays the breakfast is available before 6:30am if we have to leave earlier. I was happy to see her the next morning to tell her thanks for a nice room and stay, as she was still working the next morning. Parking lot was 10+. It is very brightly lit and appeared safe to leave all our belonging and bikes outside.

Our stay was too short. We will definately book this hotel when we go south again next year. We may stay an extra day to sight see the area. Nothing bad to report whatsoever! Our stay was 10+. Thanks for a great stay!

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. We had to check in super late at night, but the welcome was still warm and friendly. It was a great overnight stop on our long drive up North.

Typical american breakfast with lots of choices, but I still missed some healthier options. And the amount of waste that goes along with eating breakfast is a huge issue for me.

The staff were all very friendly. The handicap accessible room was very large and clean. The bathroom was also very larger. The bathroom only had tub/showers combo, but a shower chairwas provided and there was a held shower attachment. We left before breakfast but there was col refreshing ifruit available 24 hrs in the lobby. We will stay there again on our next trip.

rooms were spacious for 2 queen beds, tv was large and everyone could see it, we brought our fire stick and they provided us with a remote to use it, which was so nice. I had surgery the day before we stayed here, so we were just stopping for 1 night so we wouldn’t have to drive the whole way back home in 1 day, so we planned to hang out at the hotel. The breakfast was amazing! The indoor heather pool and gym looked nice too, but because of my surgery I couldn’t use them. I highly recommend this hotel! will definitely stay again when traveling through.
